Linda B. has shown a complete lack of professionalism both times I encountered her at this location. During my first visit, she made a sarcastic comment about my Doordash pickup, treating it like an inconvenience. On my second visit (today), she asked for my name, shrugged without any effort to assist, and then ignored me completely to flirt with another customer who arrived after me. Then instead of focusing on her job, she stood around gossiping with a personal friend who had come into the store. I placed my order an hour early to avoid delays and still had to wait while being treated disrespectfully. Chloe, on the other hand, consistently provides excellent service and deserves recognition for her professionalism. It is also concerning that Linda B. was dressed in a way that looked unprofessional and unsanitary, which is completely unacceptable for food service. After this experience, I will not return and will advise others to avoid this...

I called the store at 3:47 to see if they were open.. the girl said they were open and they close at 4pm. I live 5 min away so I got in the car and drove over there. I got there at 3:55pm, and they already counted the till, lights were off, and I walked up and she said they were closed. Perhaps if you close at 3:50, you should post that and tell people that when they call. Your business hours do not in fact go until 4pm if you will not serve customers at 3:55. I know it's only 5 min but if that's the hours, then that's the hours customers should be served. And they were already done counting the till so they stopped earlier than that. I won't come back here because I can't count on the posted hours. I'd give 0 stars...

DO NOT GET ICE CREAM FROM HERE!!! My husband ordered a cup of chocolate devotion (chocolate ice cream with brownie, chocolate chips and Hershey's syrup) and it had MOLD IN IT!!! When he pointed it out to the worker she said "that's not mold that's from the Hershey's syrup" Ummmmm last time I checked, Hershey's syrup is dark brown, not white and green. Not to mention too they still had us pay for it and it couldn't even be eaten. Don't come here, get your ice cream...
