Cold food with a heaping side of horrible servive and a side order of public humiliation to-go please! Yes, you read that correctly! I waited tables during college many moons ago, so I'm a bit more understanding when it comes to rating the service industry, but this was just too awful and hurtful, to stay quiet about our ordeal. The restaurant was only a quarter percent full, so the staff spent most of their precious time on their phones, and looking board. The server we ended up with, not only ignored us and our needs, but seemed upset that we had needs. Our drinks were always empty, our salsa was always gone, and who needs silverware anyways, right? By the time our waitress remembered our food, it had been sitting out for 15 to 20 minutes, so we had to get her to microwave it again. Ugh! We decided -halfway thru the meal- that our best course of action was to ask anyone other than our server for help and it would magically get done. At the end of our fabulous meal (eyes rolling in head), I asked other staff for the bill, to-go boxes, and a to-go bag, which finally appeared. After I left the bill, the cash to cover our dinner bill, and a 20% tip (my usual tip amount for poor to fair service), we walked outside, and were suddenly being yelled at that we didn't pay our bill. Full on screaming, horrible names are being hurled at us, and the stink eye was made towards us by the entire staff. All in front of little children to boot. It was extremely humiliating and hurtful because we had done nothing wrong. I went back inside to see what the problem was, and that's when they found the money on the table, and everyone who was so quick to be horribly mean scurried off without even a single apology! Not one apology! In fact, they were still treating us like we were pieces of poop even thigh we did absolutely nothing wrong. Just terrible! Absolutely terrible treatment from beinging to end! I'll never eat...
Read moreI wish I could give this place zero stars, but unfortunately, that’s not an option. My recent visit was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment we arrived, the service was unacceptable. My companion and I sat for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by any staff. Eventually, the hostess not even our server had to come over and take our order.
When the food finally arrived, it was appalling. I ordered the California burrito, and it was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The dish was watery, lukewarm at best, and completely unappetizing. It genuinely felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for ages. The chicken was dry and flavorless, the black beans were cold and unpalatable, and the tortilla seemed as though it hadn’t even been warmed. I took two bites and couldn’t eat any more.
When I brought up my concerns, the response from the staff only made matters worse. The waitress seemed irritated, as if the poor quality of the food was somehow my fault. A second staff member, whom I assumed was the manager, came by to ask how everything was. When I explained the issues, his only response was to offer a to-go box for food I had explicitly said I couldn’t eat. When I asked if I could order something else instead, he simply said “sorry” and walked away.
To add insult to injury, I was still charged for the inedible meal. This experience was absolutely unacceptable, and I will never return. If you’re considering dining here, save yourself the frustration and go to Laredos down the road, which is far superior in every way. This was, without a doubt, the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Terrible food, abysmal service, and a complete lack of care...

The inspector also found blood on the lids of raw chicken and beef containers, dried food debris on a can opener blade, black substance inside the ice machine, an employee restroom without soap and no sanitizer in the kitchen, the report shows. Other violations include salsa, raw beef and chicken being held above 41 degrees Fahrenheit, food stored without labels, raw beef stored directly inside grocery bags, empanadas stored directly in between layers of cloth inside the cooler, no mop sink inside the restaurant, a dirty broom and mop stored next to canned and dry goods, and debris on the floor and on the walls beneath the three-compartment sink, the report adds. A re-inspection has been scheduled for Aug. 12. Cazadores’ previous food service scores were 83, or B, which was given in April 2018, and 90, or A, which it earned in October 2016. A manager who answered the phone told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution said the restaurant will be “fixing everything” outlined...
