Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

I just had the worst experience ever with this location. The manager is unprofessional, a hot head, lacks customer service skills, should never be allowed to take orders let alone be the face of this establishment as she is uncouth and downright ignorant.

Placed an order for the $9.99 special which includes a 2 liter soda. Manager had an attitude the entire time of me placing this order. She was rude and her tone was harsh and aggressive. I specifically asked for the special which came with a drink as I mentioned the coupon, she barks back what coupon because we just don't give them away. If a customer places an order and tells you exactly what the coupon entails, why would there be a response of what coupon and that they meaning Dominoes just don't give them away?

So the driver comes out with the wrong order, instead of a 2 liter drink he has a 20 oz drink. I inform him that the order was incorrect and he was nice and stated he would go back to the store and retrieve it for me. In the meantime I was on the phone with another young lady on duty preparing to provide her with a credit card number as I realized upon delivery I had exact change and wanted to tip the driver. The manager overheard the conversation between myself and the young lady who was preparing to charge my card and I can hear the manager speaking in the background with an attitude and she then takes the phone from the young lady and proceeds to what she thought was telling me off. She immediately goes on a tangent about how I did order what was delivered and I'm at that point flabbergasted because if I made mention of a special, the same special she went ballistic over in regards to the coupon.

It gets better though. Once I was able to break everything down to her and explain it was she who took the order wrong because she had an attitude from the onslaught, she hung up in my face. Now at this point the realization that the order has not been paid for because she snatched the phone from the other young lady on duty before you could get the credit card info. Would you believe the manager then sends back the delivery driver with the 20 oz soda with an expectancy of payment after taking me through all of that. I politely handed the guy the pizza and informed him I would be contacting corporate as this lady is clearly not the face of this business. What happened to me tonight I'm sure has happened to many, I'll just take my hard earn...

This place specifically (this one) Red Oak Plaza , Roosevelt Hwy located near the wayfield, WOW smh ! They are ridiculous. First please let me say any review that I do on a company/chain I based the review on the workers attitudes, the food, and yes the atmosphere. I want to start my own youtube channel going to these places just to show you (the people like me who are spending money at these places) how their workers are and how their food is.

Cons: I always get a pan cheese pizza from this place nothing on it just cheese. I don't know if they have got new management or what but the food is not so good now. When I first started ordering my cheese pizza the food was delicious (I started coming around August 2023). I would call in to do pick ups or I would get the food delivered sometimes. Since December or it could be January but if I'm not mistaken it's December the food has not been how it used to be . One day I go in to pay for the pickup , same thing I order everytime, I paid but then something tells me to open the box and look at my pizza before I leave out. Open the box to a pizza that has crust on one side (and of course under the pizza there's crust) but the other side had nothing , no crust cheese just everywhere all over the box it was as if I had a slanted pizza , not a slice but a slant I can't really explain it but u have no clue why a cook would let a pizza like that walk out the door. (I used to cook pizza 8 years ago and I made sure each pizza was made with love, not just throwing toppings and sloppiness.) So I turn the box around and show the cashier my pizza they catch an attitude and get the manager saying that they have nothing to do with the way my pizza look. The manager comes and she have an attitude and instead of asking would I like my pizza remade she says , "Either take the pizza or I can give you a refund," so me being me I politely accept the refund and ask for her name. Politely I am asking. I don't throw fits like a child. So She says no. I just walk out and said that I will NEVER order from there again. 3/25/2016- Roosevelt highway service used to be good. Last night i had my worst Dominos experience there for the 2nd time. Not counting other times with more minor issues like not sending napkins and things when it noted on my order. My pizza slice had something on it the size of a sausage. It look like a dirt and dust ball with twigs and hairs in it. Made me very unhappy. My order already took over an hour and a half to get to me when i am a two minute ride away.Then after my complaint so-called managers two of them one man one woman had a terrible attitude. As if they are not working to please customers. I spend plenty money there at my name neighborhood Dominos. The male manager said he doesn't have to give his name. I didn't. Ask the woman her yet but i couldn't believe she was a manager either. Very uncaring and unprofessional. Whatever was and still is on my pizza slice calls for am inspection. I still have the slice. Look up dirt ball on my pizza. They still delivered a replacement which i did not want and charged me delivery fee. I didn't even trust the food to eat it and by that time is was very very late. I went to bed hungry. I paid to allow him to move on but i need a full refund for my order and then for the additional delivery fee. I wasn't even rude and the manager hung up the phone on me after saying thanks for choosing Dominos. Please great staff on demand. New staff sucks. And there are plenty of them.
