Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

Made my online order at 8:34 pm the site said it was only supposed to take 21-31 minutes to be delivered. So at 9:40 pm my order still hadn't been delivered so I called the person who answered said that the driver said he got out and rang the doorbell. This was a lie because I was sitting at the door and noone ever knocked or rung the doorbell. Then she put me on hold for 5 more minutes to check so I hung up. Called back at this time it was 9:59 pm she told me that the driver had just returned to the store and that they was sending him back.so I asked was the cold food free she said she had to speak with her manager so she put me on hold another two minutes. The manager then got on the phone and said she was sending him back with food that I had order over an hour ago and I asked her was it free and she said no so I told her he would be bring it back because who wants cold food. They are so disrespectful and have no such thing as customer service and seems like they don't care about there customers. Never will I buy anything from them again because I am a customer and u will get great service or I won't...

The pizza was nothing like I expected or what I had from a previous location. I originally wanted the one advertised for $6.99 but I was limited to only 6 toppings with the sauce and cheese, deducted from the 6 available. That left me with only 4 that I could add. That's false advertising for that special. Therefore, I decided to order the ultimate instead, but again, I was limited to adding 9 toppings with the sauce and cheese deducted as 2 so I could only get 7 more toppings. That pizza cost me $30 which was extremely overpriced. The number of toppings should not be limited. If the customer wants it, they should be able to get what they want. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from Dominos ever again. I'll just make my own pizza which will be 10x better with 10x less cost. You may want to consider removing the limits for the toppings and lower your prices. You might get more customers or repeat customers, one of which...

Today my wife ordered 2 pizzas some cinna twists and parmesan bites. I had no idea what she ordered so the delivery deiver shows up and i go get the order from the door. My wife came in the kitchen from the bathroom and asked wheres the rest i said this is all i got. So she calls and tells them what we are missing they say they are fixing it an hour goes by and im like dang wheres the food at. I call got hung up on and called back then put on hold for 5 mins before a lady asnswers and says thanks for holding, I proceed to let her know what was going on and shes telling the manager the asks what it is we were missing so he could make it, i lost it they was making it an hour ago so moral of the story we will not spend a dime at Thomson Dominos until they get new management...
