If I had to summarize this Dunk with one word as compared to other Dunkins, I would say, "seasoned".
I say that, because it is not the newest location in the area, but it is one of the most consistent.
The staff is experienced, and I have found them to be efficient and cordial, but not gushy.
They used to be a bit stingy on the refills compared to some locations, but they've relaxed on this. It's always nice to not feel like you're putting upon them when asking for a refill of a beverage that they normally refill.
The wifi consistently works for me, unlike some of the other locations in the area.
This Dunk doesn't play music in the background, which may or may not suit your tastes to hear the hum of display coolers full of ice cream cakes instead of top 40 music blaring in the background.
Sometimes the bathrooms do not get cleaned in a timely fashion, but they take care of it if brought to their attention.
They actually put small containers of peanut butter on the condiment display, which is a nice substitute with honey or jelly, just to change things up every once in awhile. If someone goes to that kind of trouble, they must have a care for their customers, as this can't be as cheap as ketchup and mustard packets.
It will be time for an interior update soon, as "seasoned" also applies to some of the lighting and paint.
Overall, Yogi and the team will take good care of you, they will get your order right, and you'll see the same faces, week after week, serving you with the skill of a seasoned...
Read moreThis is the second and last time I will be visiting this Dunkin' donuts store. The first time I went, the man in the drive-thru hurried me through my order. He just kept repeating the total after I would order another item and then he'd say thank you pull around. I don't normally go to Dunkin' donuts, but I visited because I had a few minutes before an appointment and there's no Starbucks around. So today I went for my second and last time. When I pull to the board I looked at the menu for maybe 60 seconds, and the whole time he just kept talking and saying hello may I help you. The first time I went, I kept telling him I'd like a minute to look at the menu, but he would keep talking. This second time, I decided I wouldn't say anything until I was ready to order because I didn't want to be rushed. After the 60 seconds I took to focus on the menu and decide what I wanted, I provided my order. No answer. I said hello? No answer. At that moment I decided to just drive off. I will never come here again. I don't think that it's necessary to rush customers through the drive-thru, nor do I think it is appropriate to ignore someone after they decide to take the amount of time that they need to in order to view a menu they're unfamiliar with. The Man in drive-through has some very serious issues with showing customers dignity and respect. Learn to be patient! Give people a minute if they need that in order to decide what they want! And most of all, learn how to provide good...
Read moreI love the staff here, when it is anyone besides the gentleman who takes orders on drive thru in the morning. The best business decision you could make is to get him off of customer service. I visit every day, and am not the type to get upset if something isn’t how I asked. The first time he handed me iced instead of hot, I thought it must have been my mistake and I took my hot coffee. The second time it happened, I knew I asked for iced and corrected them at the window. I was met with this man throwing an actual hissy fit, witnessed by all surrounding customers. The third time, again I knew I had asked for it iced to avoid ruining his life, and when they tried to hand me a hot drink I asked the girl to fix it and she handled it without a hissy fit - like a champ. Today though, I again was given a hot coffee when I asked for iced and could again hear him saying how I asked for hot. I did yell that I did not ask for hot, and I apologize for that. But I don’t appreciate this being a repeat problem, and him continually being rude. The problem isn’t the messed up coffee. The problem is that he doesn’t need to be taking orders. If you’re not going to pay enough attention to the order when it’s being made, you need to be willing to fix it. The rest of the staff is great, please help yourselves and remove angry morning drive thru man from...
