I was here about 11:15-11:25am 09/21/24. Do not go to this Dunkin. I live 5 minutes away so it seemed convenient to come to this dunkin and not walk into Kroger with my baby for Starbucks. Won’t be making that mistake again. First the menu was broken. Not a big deal but the lady sounded annoyed that I couldn’t hear her especially because the train was coming by, then I pull up and the kid asks me if my order is with the mocha cappuccino I said yes, he took my payment and handed me my food and walked away. I’m sitting there waiting for my drink and another kid came back asking what I was waiting for and I told him my drink he said okay walked away, then a few minutes later he comes back and says pull up to the next window. So I wait. The young girl comes giggling and smiling at someone behind her with my drink and it doesn’t look right. I ask her “is the a iced mocha cappuccino” and she (while giggling) said yes we accidentally blended it. LIKE WHAT. I’ve been to the dunkin off of Gainesville plenty of times and this was not a iced mocha cappuccino. She gave me a straw and walked away laughing. And I go home and sit down. I open my daughters hashbrowns. They were SOGGY. I go to taste my drink which now the foam has died down a little bit. The drink is not even full and tasted SOUR. Very upset. Was just trying to treat my husband, kid, and I to breakfast and me a coffee atleast. The only good part was the donuts. This is the first and last time at this location. I’ll either go to the jesse jewel dunkin (who also has young kids working but they do not act like this) or I’ll go to Starbucks. Don’t waste your time at this location. Nobody expects them to be robotic and serious, it’s Dunkin’ Donuts. But better service and care for people who are ordering and what they are ordering. I’m not old either I’m in my mid 20’s so I understand what it’s like to want to have fun while I work. However, you still need to do your job properly. Had my drink come out fine and food not soggy, I wouldn’t have minded them being goofy, however there is a difference between being goofy and completely goofing off to the point where you can’t even get your job done. Someone needs to look into who is working here. Added a picture of my drink when I sat down to drink it not even...
Read moreMy husband and I went through the drive thru on Sunday August the 25th to get a cup of coffee. My husband started off by saying, “Good morning.” The gal (Keisha) on the other end (taking the order) said, “What chou want?” My husband proceeded to place the order, both slowly, and clearly. She had us repeat it 3 times and after the 2nd time she said, “what was it you want?” by then, I was like “wow.” We asked for cinnamon sprinkled on top, and she said, “we don’t have that” and I said, “yes you do.” Then she said, “we don’t have cinnamon syrup or flavor.”- in a snarky way. Then I said, “ it’s cinnamon powder that you sprinkle on top.” Then she said, even more rudely, “we don’t have that, is that it?.” I’m like fine, that’s all and we pulled around. When we got to the window, my husband asked, “ Who was taking the order?” She was standing in the background, and said, “me.” He said, “why were you so rude?” She said,”you can’t be rude and not expect to get it right back! I heard your wife say, “wow” and we hear everything!” After explaining to her that her behavior wasn’t warranted she said, “don’t test me.“ My husband asked her name and she said, “Keisha.” I said, “I’ll be contacting corporate,” and she said, “go ahead.” The, “don’t test me part,” was as if to threaten. Like, what are you planning to do?
Someone heard everything and I did get cinnamon sprinkled onto my coffee. The young gal who handed me my coffee was sweet, polite, and you could tell she felt uncomfortable. We wished her a good day and left.
Manners and effective listening goes along way. She would do well to implement this...
Read moreFamily here to visit. Stopped by for donuts and drinks. Staff were rude. Asked if had chocolate milk. She rudely told my daughter to move to next window as she never answered question about chocolate milk for my grandson. The latte ordered for my daughter was supposed to be hot. She asked to be served the hot latte. The staff took the latte no words spoken. Then handed her the correct order again no apologies or thank you. And shut the service window. Will I bring any family members back to dunkin donuts NO. I am a resident of Gainesville and I won't EVER be a patron of this establishment. And if staff don't like their job, they shouldn't be there. I work in an emergency room. If I treated people this way I'd be fired. But then I love my job. I left the job I didn't enjoy. Don't treat...
