WORSE EXPERIENCE of my life. You would think I woke up on the wrong side of the bed and just looking for a problem. Nope. Truly am a reasonable customer and understanding but. I come here regularly and was treated as if I'm not as important as another customer. After new manager by the name Nicole took over with another team member that has literally no hair like one inch boy cut dark skin heavy I was ignored and asked to leave literally for no reason and then banned yep.Laughable.Heres the rest no lie folks. Ask to leave If Im only coming to buy water or only use the WiFi with my laptop.Dead serious.I see others never buy but use there laptop then leave and not buy anything at all. This was so rude and crazy to me so I could not believe I was being told this and treated like that after months of always coming. I'm a songwriter but also a part time student and sometimes yes buy water but a vegan so do not always eat even a donut. But after I was told this I began on visits buying a donut and saving my receipt. I will add I caused no trouble and never do and am well known and friendly in the neighborhood. I then was still harrassed to leave actually as of yesterday and even though cameras show me staying to myself the other team member who liked said I was not welcomed by the manager. You would think that Im trouble.i dress very sophisticated and am yes attractive only thing I can come up with is I found out her husband is the baker and said hi alot and come to find out is a fan of my pop rock music but I guess she was jealous.Long story short after I bought when always coming or I couldn't stay it was said I still was asked to leave.i believe though I am AA west Indian if I was white I would not have been bullied in to leaving when im a regular there and the other restaurants are friendly to me if I had not been white. Sound mean but very true. I always wondered why this store was at the bottom and now I know This story is real I'll add and not fake at all. I plan on calling coporate after this. To be treated as a criminal and get this I am also banned yep comical I swear didn't do a thing.Clearly I guess I'm to popular with her husband baker or come to often.I used to know the last crew before this new manager Nicole her name is and fired everyone and the vibe was so nice now it's very tense the blacks are very rude seems more to other blacks rarely whites being serious and I'm not homeless educated and all but was treated as trash.ill be talking to corporate more and desire for camera footage to be played to show days I always come I buy something and mind my business.I find white people have more respect to there own then southern blacks I'm not of the south though west Indian I'll add.Hope this helps someone but not you know anything goes at this store. Manager brings her kids nightly they run around the employees are very rude no hello make you wait I never complained.only one that is never rude is Trenton he should be promoted to something so kind...
Read moreI'm actually reviewing this Dunkin as a candidate for employment at this location. First of all, I arrived ten minutes early to the interview and waited in the lobby to be interviewed. The interviewer was 30 minutes late and was outside on the phone for another 7 minutes before he came in and interviewed the young lady and I that sat in the lobby. This was a red flag immediately for me. The interview went great despite their staff member being super late. This was on a Tuesday morning at 9 am. At about noon i saw an email saying that i got the job and that i needed to complete on-boarding tasks. I had a few more interviews and job offers that week so i spoke with one of their staff members at that location and let her know that i had other job offers and that i would decide which one would work best for me and i would let them know by Friday at the latest. Friday came and i notified them that i was interested in taking the position with Dunkin and that I had completed all my on-boarding tasks. She said great and told me to contact the GM. I called the GM and she was very dry and short with me. I spoke to her Friday evening and she asked me to send over my license and Social security card. She never gave me a time frame that she needed them by so I didn't think she meant immediately. The next day I realized that she texted me that morning around 8 am asking for the ID and social security card again so i sent it as soon as i saw her text. After this she never responded. I figured I was waiting for training to start and a whole week goes by and i decide to text message the GM to ask her when i can start training and she never responds back to my text message. So i decide to log into the application portal and i was shocked to see that she closed the position after they had already hired me.... she basically fired me before i could even start. Not only that, she didn't even have the decency to tell me. No call. No text, No email. I turned down other employers to work here but they have unprofessional General managers that don't communicate well and have bad attitudes. Nowhere during the interview process did they stipulate that you had a certain time frame to accept the job. Dunkin is supposed to be a business that serves people....this GM didn't represent very well for the company overall. But this shows me how she probably treats her staff as well. I was looking forward to working here but its probably in my favor that i was let go before i...
Read moreHello, If you are going to patronize his particular location then make sure NOT to visit in the AM hours. Customer service is horrible. When orering your food please take an extra minute to check your food or drink thoroughly. Even go as far as to taste your beverage especially if it is a cold one. As for the breakfast sandwiches me and my coworker have been told on different occasions that they do not melt the cheese on their breakfast sandwiches (how crazy is that?) . Just this morning I received another horrible experience. Where I had two orders. The first was an iced Caramel Craze latte with almond milk in which, when I received it had no cinnamon sugar on the whip cream nor caramel. When I infirmed the young lady at the window that the cinnamon sugar was missing. She blew out a hard breath as if I was annoying her and I had done something wrong. She then asked for the latte back to add the sugar. However, in my experience as of the Covid pandemic I thought food nor beverage was not supposed to be excepted back into the establishment. As for my second order, which was a medium latte with two pumps of caramel and almond milk and a bacon egg and cheese croissant. My latte was fine. However, my croissant looked as if someone quickly placed a few small pieces of bacon on it and allowed the egg to be more than halfway outside of the croissant . Normally, when getting this same sandwich at other locations there is usually a hearty portion of bacon on this sandwich. Unless you order the 2 for $5.00 deal. I advised the young lady about the presentation of the sandwich and lack of bacon and she turned around to her co-workers and possibly manager and stated "she want more bacon on her sandwich she say it ain't enough" . I however, did NOT express myself to her in that manner. So the next thing I know, I can hear what I assume to be a manager say" here give her this I just pulled it up" . Which was 3 tiny pieces of bacon partially burnt, that looked as if it had been broken up and placed in a small bag. I asked the young lady what exactly was this meaning (are you kidding me?) And she looked at me and walked away from the window as if she needed to go catch her breath before saying something rude. I then pulled off and made the decision to contact Dunkin Corporate Office. As for the evening shift there, they are wonderful. always pleasant and very attentive to how they prepare the food and beverages. Big shout out to the...
