After last night 2/14 this location has lost a long time customer and I may not be back to a Dunkin’ Donuts for awhile. I placed an online order and when I arrived at the drive thru to pick it up 10-15 minutes later after placed, it was not ready. Instead at the drive through window, a gentlemen was on his phone sitting down and the young lady with the braids told him about my order. He looked irritated he had to work. He proceeded to finish whatever he was doing on his phone and then put on gloves to make my food while still touching his phone in between making my food. I stared the whole time appalled at what I was seeing and he made eye contact with me several times probably knowing he was being lazy not wanting to make the online order and being unsanitary. No care. He gave me my food at the window polite. I decided to park my car and walk inside to tell him I saw him playing on his phone while also handling my food with gloves on and he did not wash his hands before putting on his gloves after being on his phone, therefore I wanted a refund because I worked in the food industry before this isn’t right. He immediately said he understands, and gave me a cash refund which wasn’t my original form of payment because I did an online pick up order. I like point out as well, there was nobody else in the drive through window, and there was only 2 other customers chatting sitting in the store which points to me further they staff was dragging their feet. Unfortunately I have to agree with a lot of recent reviews the staff is very lazy. I recommend to not place online pick up orders and to only maybe get drinks from here. Not sure if I would trust the food anymore. The staff seems lack care in that department recently. If you do order food, make sure you keep an eye who is making it. Read moreWOW. We went to this location for bagles and cream cheese and coffee. I have been to Dunkins all over the country and ordered the same things. We got our bagles and opened them and they barely had any cream cheese on them and when i say barely i mean barely. I went up to the counter where i was ignored for a few seconds while the 3 people behind the counter chatted and then one of them asked what i wanted. I showed her the bagle and asked her to put some cream cheese on it and her response was that i had to pay extra for more cream cheese which i had never heard before in my long life. I said its just cream cheese and she asked if i wanted to talk to her manger and i responded "for cream cheese". Their behavior was not rude but mocking like it was a joke which set me off and I was rude to them which i regret. But their lack of customer service and mocking attitude turned my normally patient demeanor into something i am not. This kind of lack of respect and poor service is mostly due to bad parenting and management of the establishment. Read moreThis place is terrible. Stay away. I ordered a hot tea with sugar. I also ordered everything bagel bites. I get to the window I get my bagel bites. I get my cup of what I thought was tea. I drove away. I head down the street take a bite of the bagel bite. It was frozen in the middle warm on the outside but still frozen on the middle. Went to take a sip of what I thought was my hot tea and was the worst tasting coffee in the world. By the way, with no sugar. When I was at the window I asked the girl for extra sugar because sometimes they tell me they put sugar in my tea and they don't. She said what kind of sugar. I said regular sugar she hands me a yellow packet. I said no. It's usually in a white packet and then she goes back. She hands me a blue packet. I said no a white packet she goes. I don't know what you're talking about. This is the only sugar that we have. This is regular sugar and I said no normally.
