Acworth Is a hard place to find good hair braiders consistently I was going all the way to Atlanta to get my hair and my three children done. I decided to try to find someone local one more time after finding three that gave horrible service.. I chose Shear beauty Because it was close and convenient and decided to let her re-twist my hair. When I tell y’all, she did an awesome job with my hair. She wasn’t on the phone. She wasn’t stopping to eat. She wasn’t stopping to talk to people like most hairstylist. Do she got me in and got me out quick so that I returned three days later, and my eight year old, I have never seen her hair braided so beautifully.

Quiet shop with a great vibe. My stylist, Nikki was very easy going, held a great conversation and really made the experience about me. I only got a wash and a re-twist on my locs, but it was fast and friendly service!

Update: My scalp was itching so badly a few days after my initial retwist that I had to wash my hair. I’m not sure which product was used but it left a ton of build up in my locs and new growth. I had to get a soak and rinse done on locs to get most of the build up out. My regular hair dresser says it looked like wax build up and since I’ve never used anything waxy in my locs so I’m assuming it was the wax that made my scalp inflamed and red.
