Terrible experience, we had an event today and went to buy 8 chickens, rice and beans for 25 people. “Jackson” took the order wrong and charged us $50 extra, instead of refunding me that he cancelled the entire chicken order over $200 and told us we won’t have our refund today. And that meant we would have to pay for the 8 chickens again if we wanted to order. We had exactly the amount for food and didn’t have enough to order the chicken. Clerk called the owner and instead of them resolving the issue they told us there was nothing they could do. As a business owner myself I found this resolution to their error unfair. Terrible customer service. I went today and ordered a quesadilla. It took them over 30 MINUTES!!!! … 30 MINUTES to get me my quesadilla. In that amount of time I could’ve made it at home myself and enjoy it but I was already around the area and I wasn’t feeling so well so I thought it would be a good idea to stop by and order it. I do not recommend this place because they do not take your orders seriously ANDDD there wasn’t even a lot of people… The food was already cold and stale when I received it.
