Subway — Restaurant in Georgia

*Long review warning *I would never recommend anyone visit this subway location by the Walmart. Tonight I went into this location approximately 9:10 PM. When I walked in a African American lady and her 3 kids had just walked right before me. When we walked in there was a lady who was standing in the back and another lady who was sitting down eating her dinner. The customer before me politely asked if the lady sitting down was making sandwiches and she told her just wait a minute someone would be with her shortly. After she ordered one lady came to me and asked if I was together with the other customer and I told her no I wanted to ordered my sandwich. She asked me what type of bread I wanted and then started talking to her coworker in another language. I waited for them to finish as they both asked me again what bread and again I answered them and again they proceeded to have their talk in another language. I patiently waited again and then replied that I wanted to do a kids veggie delite. I gave the second coworker my order for veggies and condiments and then proceeded to ask if I can get a veggie patty on the sandwich. The first worker told me that the patty would not fit which was not true and she mentioned that it does not come with the kids meal. I offered to pay a la carte for the veggie patty and then pay for the kids meal. She did not respond and starting to her young child that had hurt herself playing in the back. The second coworker who was actually making my sandwich stood confused as I kept asking her if I could pay for the patty. With very little English she responds that she don’t think they can and kept looking to the first coworker for answers. At this point we’re both standing waiting for a response from the first coworker who decides to walk away. At that moment I decided I no longer wanted to do business with this location so I begin to walk out. As I am walking towards the door the second coworker holds up the sandwich that had only lettuce tomatoes and mayo on it and ask if I’m going to pay for the sandwich. Then the first coworker walks from the back and proceeds to scream at me the customer saying “Why did you ruin my sandwich? Why did you waste my time?” I asked why was she yelling at me and told her that I chose not to do business with them because the service was poor and because she would not let me pay for a sandwich that I was willing to pay more for. She continues screaming saying “Our system does not work that way” and “as a customer you need to read before ordering” and “now I costed her money”. I started recording our conversation as I was in disbelief that she was talking to a customer in such way who was offering to pay extra money. As if I knew that her system would not allow them to ring up ala carte. This was the worst experience ever!! They don’t...

Very bad and rude staff first they just ignore me and my family. They didn’t even greet and stare at us and I stand for 40 minutes in line. When I got my turn I say I need 7 sandwiches and she say very rudely and disrespectful way that she just say that we are not doing that for you you can leave and they didn’t even say sorry about their attitude and they’re saying bad stuff about management and they also say bad stuff in their language I can understand. Don't ask for more of anything without them being stingy. For my FOOT LONG veggie patty sub I decided on only spinach instead of lettuce and spinach. After seeing the small amount of spinach the lady decided to put, I asked for more. She LITERALLY placed 1(one!) more spinach leaf on my FOOT LONG sub and looked me in the face stoic and indifferent. They won't see my face again! Don't be stingy with paying customers, ma'am. I implore you, find your old-fashioned deli and getting exactly what you want....
