1st time at this location, walked in I was greeted immediately I ordered one slice of a pepperoni pizza with green bell peppers asked for it to be well done just because I don’t like soggy pizza- when I mean will done just maybe one more minute in the oven. I decided to stay and eat my food in the inside, maybe after less than 5-10 minutes a young lady brings my slice to me.

I looked at it, it was not well done and it appeared the green peppers were some what put on after it came out the oven for you can see if everything has been cooked together.

I then looked at her I stated to her that the guy that placed my order that I wanted it well done and this is not. She said oh you did ? And I said yes..

She then had taken my slice back up to the guy that was preparing pizzas. Told him I wanted well done instead of him making a whole new slice he then put it back into the oven.

Which can dry it out, the pizza is already thin.

I noticed he was not really focused on my pizza and was having conversation with the young lady that brought my slice out to me originally.

After about 4-5 minutes of my slice being in the oven the 2nd time which I knew at that point was well past well done.

The slice was then brought to my table by the guy who originally placed my order- before he brought it to me I scene him lift up the slice I guess to see if it was burnt… lol lol he brought it to me no apologies no nothing.

I then lifted it up myself and it was definitely burnt at the bottom extra crunchy but I ate it anyway because l was hungry and just had gotten off of work. Paid $7.56 for a single slice of the requested pepperoni along with a bottled coke.

Pretty decent for the price.

I probably will not return just based upon my experience...

Worst service ever. It's like the people who work here could not care less about the customer experience. Where restaurants across the city have figured out how to serve customers in spite of pandemic required social distancing rules, Felinis is just flopping about. We saw the sign advertising "Our patio is open!" and decided to go eat dinner to support one of our favorite local establishments. The rules are that you have to call to place your order, so I did...from the patio, with the radio turned up too loud to hear. After 3 tries and 2 counter-helpers, they finally were able to run my credit card. I ordered 3 salads and a pizza. They told me it would be ready in 35-40 min. That seems like a long wait, even for a busy Saturday night (I have been eating here on Saturday nights almost every week for close to 8 years) but hey, pandemic right? At 30 minutes, I went to check on the order. "It'll be about 35 minutes" I was told when I was finally able to get the attention of the counter staff. They could have at least made the salads and given them to us, but I think are too focused on being a take-out only operation to be able to see that as a possibility. When we finally got the food (50 min after ordering) the lady working there said she has no forks, they ran out earlier, sorry. So...our salads were useless. I was understanding about the forks...things happen. But less so about her smug apathy about it all. That I have been waiting on their roach infested patio for 50 minutes for these salads, that I would not now having finally received them be able to eat them...it all seemed to elude her. She showed an utter inability and lack of interest in solving the problem that her own negligence had caused. I never want to...

Nice location and nice staff. I’m only giving it 3 stars because me and my 2 sons came to this location on Easter which was Sunday, April 17th. I parked directly in front of the door. I mean so close to the front door that I could drive my car inside. I was only inside for 35 minutes or less. Once we finished our pizza I proceeded to leave and once I got back to my car which was directly in front of the Fellini’s front door my window was busted out🤦‍♀️ glass everywhere someone had broke into my car that fast which was bold because I parked right in front of the door anyone could have seen them. They stole multiple items out my car nothing really valuable, but it’s still my items. I asked the young lady at the font desk did she see or hear anything due to me being parked right in front of their door and she stated no. Unfortunately, this location does not have any cameras at all. I never seen a restaurant with no cameras. I later on found out from the police officer who arrived that whomever broke into my car also broke into 3 other cars across the street after breaking into mine. It’s a great thing that the business across the street had cameras due to this incident I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS...

One of the best Pizzas in Atlanta. I really like Fellini's thin crust pizzas. The first time I made a mistake and ordered two Sicilian pizza's lol. It was really thick, like cakes lol, and I did not like it. The second time we ordered the regular pizzas and it was incredibly tasty. The have 5 kinds of pizzas in their menu. Fellini's special, Spinach mushroom, vegetarian, white, and ham&pineapple. I would recommend the spinach mushroom and white pizza. The Fellini's special has different kinds of meats which I don't like on pizza. The vegetarian also has large pieces of tomatoes and you can't feel other flavors. The quality of the cheese is great, however, the pizza is a little bit salty for me. You can also make your own pizza and choose toppings. I tried pepperoni with extra cheese and I loved it. The staff are OK. The place is great if you want to hang out with friends until mid night. It's amazing sitting outside and enjoy your pizza while talking to your friends. Btw, just two slice is enough for one person.

Edit 05/27/2024 Requested extra crispy, cook longer, run through oven twice whatever it takes for a crispy ish crust that one can eat one handed. Pizza looked like it had a glass of water poured over it. Edit: 11/10/2023. Great slice of pizza, crispy crust and much better than the last 10 years of wet cardboard. Will try it a few more times hoping it's the new normal Great outdoor seating area, good choice of music on most occasions but that's the highlights. Pizza is NOT up to the normal standards one gets in Atlanta in 2018. Oily, soggy wet mess. Just look at the picture, that is a slice that was requested to be extra crispy, cooked longer. Took 70 mins to get this pizza btw. Not coming back given the other excellent choices available. Just look at the oil that dripped off and it's impossible to eat with your hands.
