1st time at this location, walked in I was greeted immediately I ordered one slice of a pepperoni pizza with green bell peppers asked for it to be well done just because I don’t like soggy pizza- when I mean will done just maybe one more minute in the oven. I decided to stay and eat my food in the inside, maybe after less than 5-10 minutes a young lady brings my slice to me.
I looked at it, it was not well done and it appeared the green peppers were some what put on after it came out the oven for you can see if everything has been cooked together.
I then looked at her I stated to her that the guy that placed my order that I wanted it well done and this is not. She said oh you did ? And I said yes..
She then had taken my slice back up to the guy that was preparing pizzas. Told him I wanted well done instead of him making a whole new slice he then put it back into the oven.
Which can dry it out, the pizza is already thin.
I noticed he was not really focused on my pizza and was having conversation with the young lady that brought my slice out to me originally.
After about 4-5 minutes of my slice being in the oven the 2nd time which I knew at that point was well past well done.
The slice was then brought to my table by the guy who originally placed my order- before he brought it to me I scene him lift up the slice I guess to see if it was burnt… lol lol he brought it to me no apologies no nothing.
I then lifted it up myself and it was definitely burnt at the bottom extra crunchy but I ate it anyway because l was hungry and just had gotten off of work. Paid $7.56 for a single slice of the requested pepperoni along with a bottled coke.
Pretty decent for the price.
I probably will not return just based upon my experience...
Read moreWorst service ever. It's like the people who work here could not care less about the customer experience. Where restaurants across the city have figured out how to serve customers in spite of pandemic required social distancing rules, Felinis is just flopping about. We saw the sign advertising "Our patio is open!" and decided to go eat dinner to support one of our favorite local establishments. The rules are that you have to call to place your order, so I did...from the patio, with the radio turned up too loud to hear. After 3 tries and 2 counter-helpers, they finally were able to run my credit card. I ordered 3 salads and a pizza. They told me it would be ready in 35-40 min. That seems like a long wait, even for a busy Saturday night (I have been eating here on Saturday nights almost every week for close to 8 years) but hey, pandemic right? At 30 minutes, I went to check on the order. "It'll be about 35 minutes" I was told when I was finally able to get the attention of the counter staff. They could have at least made the salads and given them to us, but I think are too focused on being a take-out only operation to be able to see that as a possibility. When we finally got the food (50 min after ordering) the lady working there said she has no forks, they ran out earlier, sorry. So...our salads were useless. I was understanding about the forks...things happen. But less so about her smug apathy about it all. That I have been waiting on their roach infested patio for 50 minutes for these salads, that I would not now having finally received them be able to eat them...it all seemed to elude her. She showed an utter inability and lack of interest in solving the problem that her own negligence had caused. I never want to...
Read moreNice location and nice staff. I’m only giving it 3 stars because me and my 2 sons came to this location on Easter which was Sunday, April 17th. I parked directly in front of the door. I mean so close to the front door that I could drive my car inside. I was only inside for 35 minutes or less. Once we finished our pizza I proceeded to leave and once I got back to my car which was directly in front of the Fellini’s front door my window was busted out🤦♀️ glass everywhere someone had broke into my car that fast which was bold because I parked right in front of the door anyone could have seen them. They stole multiple items out my car nothing really valuable, but it’s still my items. I asked the young lady at the font desk did she see or hear anything due to me being parked right in front of their door and she stated no. Unfortunately, this location does not have any cameras at all. I never seen a restaurant with no cameras. I later on found out from the police officer who arrived that whomever broke into my car also broke into 3 other cars across the street after breaking into mine. It’s a great thing that the business across the street had cameras due to this incident I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS...
