Guthrie's — Restaurant in Georgia

I order two chicken sandwiches one with the sauce on the side. I live three minutes away from this location. I did not receive the sauce one the side so I drive back. The young lady insisted that the sauce was in the back because she put it there herself. There’s wasn’t any sauce. I said I drove back here because the order was incorrect and she said I did that by choice. I asked If I could get the sauce and she replied No and told me to have a good night. I pull around to the window and get the attention of the gentleman that actually took my order and money. I asked for the manager and he happened to be the one on duty. He heard what the girl said and tried to apologize for her behavior as she was in the background smiling and laughing at the whole situation. I asked him if he was going to allow her to talk to customers like that and he said he was sorry. This younger generation thinks that life is a joke. Customer service is the key for any successful business. I will be visiting the store tomorrow to speak to someone higher up and even speak with the owner if possible. This young lady should not be working in customer service nor handle...

I will start with the positive...the food was very good. It was fresh, hot, and tasty. It certainly seemed like the chicken tenders were made to order along with the hot French fries. However, things took a turn for the worst when it came to the service. It was our first time visiting this chain and we looked at the rating and decided to give them a try.The young lady gave us a lackluster greeting and I tried to engage her on what their chicken was like, but she didn't offer much, then she just walked away and didn't say excuse me I'll be right back or anything. She just had a very nonchalant attitude. It was very off-putting. So we went ahead and ordered for our kids as my wife, and I didn't like the demeanor of the employee. When our food came up she called our name and just dropped the food on the counter, no smile, no thank you nothing....it was very much like here's you food people....it was NOT a special, thanks for coming and please come back again. My family and a few friends tried this location this past weekend. The young lady at the register was training, with no one actually training her. The menu is simple, we ordered 2 boxes, 1 with a drink (combo), 1 with a water ( not a combo). We were charged for 2 combos AND .25 for a water ????? Okay, can I get the fountain drink you charged me for? The manager and cashier looked lost, I was charged almost $2 extra for a soda and .25 for a water, they only wanted to give me the water. Okay, moving on.... a box comes with one sauce, .40 more for additional. When I ordered; I asked for honey mustard for one box and bbq and ranch for the second. We received 2 honey mustard and when we returned one for the ranch and bbq the manager argued we didn't pay for the additional sauce. No, your cashier rang the order in wrong, had she had help or rang it in correctly it would have been paid for. Terrible service, small portions, over priced. Better...
