Hardee’s — Restaurant in Georgia

I went here yesterday around 12:30 with my son.. I walked in and we went to the cashier. We stood there for about a minute and a half maybe 2 minutes and the lady never said anything to me and she didnt even look at me. I figured I had to say something so I said ok, I am ready. The cashier then turned around and left. There was another lady cleaning where the food goes, even though it was spotless she cleaned it over and over for about 2 or 3 minutes, never said anything to me. Then she yelled for a guy to come up front. The guy came up front, unlocked a register and started to walk away, the lady asked him to take our order. He NEVER said a single word to me, not may I help you, what would you like, LITERALLY NOTHING!!! I ordered, he never said my total, I looked at him to see if I needed to put my card in, he never said anything. I saw I needed to put my card in, I paid, he never said it went through, never handed me a receipt, he just started pressing buttons over and over on the register. When my food came out the lady put it on the counter, never said a word to me, never said here is your order, thank you, NOTHING!!! Very unwelcoming and awkward places I have...

Someone, PLEASE FIX THIS HARDEE’S! The food is good. The location is very convenient. The service at breakfast is horrible. Half the time the dining room is locked. When it is not, the staff ignores you. It always looks like they don’t have enough help. I understand there is an employee shortage but none of the other fast food places are this bad. Please pay your employees more to get better employees and attract new good employees. And open the dining room for breakfast, please. Update. 10/24. Looks like new owners. And things were better for a while. But this morning the dining room was closed again and inside service is slipping. Drive thru was open but after eating in my car for 2 years during COVID, I am done with that. I give up. I’ll miss the breakfast but not the inconsistent service Update 3/25. Service is just slightly better but the dining room is still randomly closed. You don’t know it’s closed until you take the time to drive there, get out of the car and try to open the door. This location is notoriously unreliable when it comes to opening on time. This is my fourth time visiting after 5:00 AM, and once again, the store is still not open—1.5 hours past the advertised opening time. The drive-through menu is fully lit, and the automated system greets you, creating the false impression that they are open. However, after waiting in line with several other cars (there were five today), the only way to confirm the store isn’t open is to drive up to the window and look inside.

What makes this even more disappointing is that the food here is really good, which is the only reason I keep coming back. It’s frustrating to deal with such poor reliability from a place that has so much potential to be great.
