Hardee’s — Restaurant in Georgia

Came through drive thru today at 4:09pm and ordered 2 prime rib & Angus burgers, and the charbroiled grilled chicken sandwich meal and and order of large fries as a side. We payed at the window and were told to pull off to the side due to food not being ready. I saw that there were other cars pulled up waiting for their order too. When we finally received our order the person who brought the food out seem flustered, I think he had my order at the wrong car. Or didn't know which car to bring it to because there were other cars pulled off waiting for their drive thru order as well. Our 2 orders of fries were completely soggy, greasy, and way too over salted. They should have been fresh and crispy as thats how I always have gotten them in the past here. The 2 prime rib Angus burgers were sloppy, buns soggy, squished, small, and no chedder cheese. The grilled chicken sandwich was made sloppy, soggy wet bun, and tasted horrible. This was my first time trying the grilled chicken sandwich. We have been here twice prior to today and our orders were on point. We are highly disappointed with our order today, and service. Obviously poor management due to the fact that the restaurant was not even busy to have all these cars pulled off to the side for drive thru orders. And the quality of the food was just...

I wish I would have taken a picture of the chicken strips before I returned them. I had two orders of chicken strips, one 3 piece combo and one 5 piece combo. We had to wait since we were in the drive thru, thinking that the long wait meant fresh hot chicken strips. When we finally received our order we were faced with the smallest of all chicken strips, but here's the kicker, they were the darkest burnt warm chicken strips I've ever spent my hard earned money on. And they, the workers looked at me as if WHAT?. So I decided to go into the store and told them and showed them the strips and they said ok. At this point I'm thinking that they are remaking our order. It wasn't until 10 minutes later that she spoke to my son that she said her manager will make some fresh strips. 10 minutes later?!?!?!? So was I there just for my health? Did me not coming into the store and telling them and showing them myself mean anything to them? I guess not. Anyway, my orders were filled, and this time the strips were of normal size and...

UPDATE: I have been to this location a few times since my original post. They have not improved any. If they are doing bad, they won't even give you a receipt. The last two days, I have not gotten a receipt. It is almost as if the management is telling them to not give receipts because they are tired of the negative surveys.

I visited Hardee's on March 01, 2018 at 6:25 AM. The dining room doors were locked. So I searched for the listing of the store hours. It states the dining opens at 5 AM. An hour and a half later, the doors were still locked. This is the second time in a week I have attempted to dine at this restaurant with the same problem. The first time was Friday, February 23 around 7 AM and I had to go to a different door to get in. I was looking forward to the newest Hardee's location as I used to live in close proximity to several of them when I lived in Mobile, AL. But this one is getting more and more disappointing...
