Hibachi Express — Restaurant in Georgia

Do not eat at this establishment - Hibachi Express . They have Extremely poor customer, rude cashier, wait way too long for your food. By the time you get it is cold. I took mine back and asked for a refund. Now I have never heard of an establishment in this day and age who can't put your money back on your card that you used to purchase your food with and say to the customer, "we have to give you the cash back we can't put the money back on your card. But I guess that's what one gets for dealing with this type of establishment. Hibachi Express in Lee County, Please teach the people who are working for you proper work etiquette such as not to talk ugly about the customer where they can see and hear you, not to do your homework at the counter you are supposed to be servicing the customers, or to talk on your cell phone at the counter you are servicing customers. Have a manager on duty older than 16 - 18 years old who doesn't lie to the customer when she calls back to leave a complaint. The quality of their food has significantly decreased over the past few months. I’ve given them several chances and either the food is decent, hot and cooked perfectly, or it’s cold, veggies are mushy and rice has no flavor. There is no in between. They are VERY inconsistent. The teenagers they hire have an attitude and don’t listen when you ask for something because I almost always get home and there is something missing. Wether it be my soy sauce, plastic silverware, napkins or all of the above and don’t get me started on the extra 75 cents for an extra yum yum sauce that they always forget to put in the bag too. Ordered 2 shrimp bowls, chicken skewers and dumplings. Got the bag from cashier, specifically asked if dumplings were in bag. Cashier assured us they were. Got home and untied bag. No dumplings. Went back to location. After 10 minutes of them saying they were closed and me saying they shorted me dumplings, finally got them to open window. Explained situation. Got the dumplings, got home, during the drive they spilled out of the container into the bag because they didnt close the container. And the dumplings were cold.
