Horrible customer service. i waited several minutes at the drive thru window with no greeting. it wasn't until another car pulled up that someone rushed to the mic. I tried to order a pretzel stick, was told they were out. ordered a small onion ring ($2.39). i made it to the window and was told from someone yelling from the back, that the onion rings weren't bagged would i like something else. I asked for a small chili cheese tot ($2.79), and was told in very nasty manner, "you can get tots or fries no chili cheese"....i wasn't even offered to pay the difference (which i would have). so i settled for the tots. but that's not all, it get's SO much better right...i then get my food, drive off, and realize "oh, they didn't hand me my drink". i pull up to a stall to avoid having to get back in the drive thru line, i had to buzz 4 times before again, someone nasty comes on the speaker "drive thru only". i tell her that i was just there and i never got my drink, she then asks what my drink was, i tell her what it was, then several minutes pass, i had to walk to the door. the girl opens the door, i tell her i'm waiting for my drink...she asks what drink? so i was IGNORED at the stall. i then bring up the price difference in the items and i was told "that's the manager's decision i just work here" i asked for the manager and she hid in the back and never came to the door. i was told her name is Christy...Kristy...who knows. all i know is apparently anyone can be a "manager". someone from corporate needs to come visit this location and get a handle on their lack of customer service. i read previous reviews about the manager's lack of management as well so this must be a re...
Read moreI just had a horrible experience with this location. I ordered a grilled chicken combo with tater tots. Along with a diet cherry limeade. The chicken sandwich was rotten. It tasted rotten. I took a bite and had to spit it out, the tots were so overcooked and had a bitter aftertaste like the fry oil was bad or something. And the drink was horrible. Way to much flavoring,, I had to pour some out and add water. Anyway, I called the store to let the manager know about the type of food that I was given. His name was Trey or something like that. I told him what happened and he did offer to make my food over. I told him that I was not interested in coming back there to get more bad food. He said to me "Then why did you call then!! I don't know what you want me to do! Needless to say he ended up hanging up on me multiple times when I was just trying to tell the manager about the food that was being served at that location. He didn't care, told me he was too busy to talk about it. Needless to say I will never visit that location again. That is not how you deal with customers. Read moreMy husband and I decided to grab a quick dinner at Sonic. I had to be at work in the next 30 minutes. We have one vehicle. When we got home my husband didn't have half of his order. The employee failed to give me a receipt. I tried to call the store to get the food they failed to give me. No awnser. I go and get a drink the next day. I tell the manager in charge the situation and ask them to make it right. They say without a receipt it's against policy. I explain I never got a receipt. Still no compromise. I ask for the cooperate number. I speak to the guy who owns all of the local Sonic establishments. This guy goes on to tell me that it's not possible to not be given a receipt. All of his workers are trained to give a receipt. So let me get this straight. Every single time. At every location. A receipt is handed out. No accidents or slip ups. If that slip up did happen you are just screwed. You spend your hard earned money and don't get what you paid for?! When going to the Albany and Leesburg Sonic make sure to always check your bag.
