Waffle House — Restaurant in Georgia

My friends and I was there last night and there was bugs in our food and we brought it to their attention. They took the food with the bus and asked did we want anything else we said no of course. We asked to speak to management as well and we're denied n given a take hotline number. Then the cook says the previous cook left the grits out so he didn't know about the bugs yet he still served it. And we refused to pay but was forced to still pay for a meal with bugs in it the waiter took $3.50 off the order for bugs in food. I'm contacting the Health department. Its a violation of the health code law in ga. I have proof of the incident but they snatched the food before I could take a photo of the bugs. Little black bugs small as pepper almost. Id like to be reached out to from someone in corporate for this store.i will also be consulting with a lawyer in ga business health department for your restaurant to be inspected. Our server, Kason, was the best! He quickly met us at our booth and filled our drink orders. As I am diabetic, I ordered a diet drink. While waiting for our food to be cooked, he started my waffle. He remembered that I had ordered a diet drink and came back to our booth to ask if I wanted sugar free syrup with my waffle. In all the places we have visited, this has never happened before. He was cheerful and seemed to truly enjoy meeting the guests he served. They were very busy but he was the first person to welcome each guest as they came through the door. Just ordered takeout with the Waffle and sausage grit bowl. My waffle was literally PAPER THIN( Pancakes are thicker). Upon opening my grit bowl there was a long hair in the food on the right side under sausage between cheese and sausage and a short orange looking hair in the end of the grits . There were only two visible people working which was a dread head guy and a short orange hair young lady(who I’m assuming the only person the hair could have came from.
