Huddle House — Restaurant in Georgia

which ever lady answered the phone on february 16, 2025 at 6:27 should not do customer service! i called in my order and was met with silence til someone FINALLY said this is huddle house. then as i order i ask her if i can add ham to my order and she says no. so i asked her “even if i paid for it?” i was met with another “No” at that point im annoyed someones saying i cant buy something with my own money! i proceed to order my fiancés order as well and once im done im yet again met with silence! she doesnt tell me my total or even ask for a name for the order. in fact i asked her if she needed a name for the order and she said no. once again im annoyed and just say goodbye since im done taking my order for her. fast forward to me going inside to grab it, i considered asking for a manager but guess what? as soon as i say i called in an order she leaves the cash register im assuming because she knows she was rude as hell on the phone and was too scared that i might be rude back. anyways once again she doesnt tell me my total or even speak to me so i just insert my card hoping im paying for the right order. all the other workers were busy doing their jobs and i didnt want to be near that negative energy anymore so im hoping this review will be taken seriously because if she ever answers the phone again like that you’ll lose us as customers and im sure many more. who knows how many times shes been rude like this! definitely not someone for customer service! i hope no one else had this experience trying to order over the phone. its also not the first time ive called in an order, every other time the people were respectful. lets hope she bothered to get my order right :) also i just scrolled through the other bad reviews and they all have one thing in common whoever answers the phone is rude! hopefully its the same person and they’ll finally do...

9.8.23 UPDATE: Mandy, our server, took care of us on Scotts Bday today :)) She was so accommodating & helpful to get our meals quick to go for his Bday before he left for his aptt at 2:35pm. It was the best Philly Steak & Cheese Omelette EVER within literally 10 minutes!! And the most awesome friendliest service that I ever had there! We are definitely going to come back more often now :)

2019: Useto come here all the time. Has been remodeled nicely! Ambiance & cleanliness is very good for the caliber of restaurant. Gave a 3 due to service & usual mistakes. Food is pretty darn good usually. Service is good half the time. They have a hard time keeping servers. Probably because very few tip good up this way :( 10-25% is our scale depending on quality... Those who know us are happy to see us as very good tippers, even when not really deserved. I wish we could come here more! Please tip better so good servers stay!...

As I walked in, I was greeted by beautiful smile from Ms. Betty and I greeted everyone. The staff responded and the chef Mr. Clarence did a yummy job in preparing my foods. And I have opportunity to speak with Keisha very cordial. It's been a while since I have eaten Huddle house. Mr. Clarence, Prepared my meal very well I really enjoyed it. And then, as I'm sitting at the table, enjoying my meal, I hear this voice, Mr. Christian the manage. He came over greeted me. It's like this is the place I want to be when I have extra time before I go to work and one more note Miss Betty just shine. very, very satisfied with my visit today and I will be back again soon it won't be as long as it has been. I believe that we have to change our mindset and realize that we are open again we're open. We're open to enjoying one another and enjoying good food and being in the right place at the right times...
