JB's Sports Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Georgia

Staff here was very friendly and helpful. We had a crew of 5 and were looking to get a bite before leaving. We order 4 cheeseburgers and 1 boneless wings. The wings came right out. There was another couple who ordered in front of us and they had ordered 4 cheeseburgers too. They were told it would be a couple minutes on the burgers. So we were all there waiting. They brought me over 3 cheeseburgers after a little wait, and the other customer asked about theirs. I was still waiting on 1 more, then the restaurant ran out of baskets to put food in. Finally they got those and then they got the order out for the customer in front of me. Then they were cranking out other orders while I was still waiting. I finally had to remind them I was still waiting on a burger. It took like 20 minutes. Everyone working there was nice and they were trying, it was just too many different people trying to help too many different customers and completing my order got missed. So I'm going to do a full review on this based on the fact that we did get multiple things from this location when we visited six flags over Georgia the food was actually relatively good that Mysterio was really nice and a nice area of the park right there kind of in the middle now service all over the building they have plastered that you can save time by ordering online do not fall for that whatsoever I spent more time waiting for my online order then the people who were standing in the long line to get food overall it was good food and side note never listen to the website on what time they close it said last night they were supposed to close at 8:00 I went there about 6:45 and the doors were locked all three of the cashiers that I had the privilege to talk to we're all very glum and spoke very quietly and allowed place where you can't really hear them if you do do the pre-order on the phone make sure you have a couple rides that you want to ride before...

Do NOT do mobile orders here. They have zero urgency to get mobile orders out. They could get people in line out within a minute of getting their orders. We ordered cheese fries and waited one hour and forty five minutes to be told it was ready, but that was just so i could come back up and be told they didn't have the ingredients. Several people were being told to go away and wait for it to say it to say "ready" but didn't think it odd at all that people had been there for hours for the same food that was being handed out constantly to those in line. People literally went and stood in line to RE ORDER their food just so they could actually get it. No respect for people's limited time at the park. No manager to come over to try and fix the issue, because AGAIN the food was steadily moving for those waiting in line. The park wants to encourage mobile orders to speed things up; this place needs to turn it off...
