Potentially the worst reasturant I’ve ever eaten at. Not all Johnny rockets are bad, but this one is on another level of terrible. Waited 30 minutes for our food and had to remind the staff of our order 5 times before we got everything. There is no AC inside so it feels like a sauna. There were cockroaches inside the reasturant and it was generally a dirty place. The service, as I mentioned, was absolutely unacceptable. I’m not sure if Six flags is running some government program or something but lord almighty, I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. It didn’t even seem like any of them had been trained. Most of the time the staff just sat there and goofed around and threw food at each other (just to then leave it lying around in the kitchen). No manager to be seen either, I know because I asked for one to try and complain in person. To top it all off the 2 meals I bought totaled to $50 dollars. What a waste of my money. Utilized Mobile Order method and after waiting soo long I went up to the register and it looks like the system is not working correctly bc I had to tell them what I ordered. I was order 160 something and people in line were order (4 digits).
Menu items available: Single cheeseburger, double cheeseburger, and chicken nuggets. I see they completely changed the layout and the method of service. 2 lines into the restaurant, one for order and pay, the other for mobile order. No tables inside, just line poles (like much if the rides). The other mobile order door is not labeled all that well. Saw people get confused during my 2+ hour observation waiting outside for my mobile order and people were getting extremely angry bc they thought they were in the correct line but found out they were in fact not.
