Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Georgia

Very horrible service from the time me and my family walked in the door. Was told they dont toast subs then we were completely ignored at the counter for 18 minutes with nobody else in the restaurant the just stood there whispering and laughing. No name tags were worn. They dont except 100 dollar bills! Food was made very sloppily and they didnt even cut our sub up we had to stand there for another5 minutes until we got sick of it and had to walk to the other end and call them to the counter. Very rude and disrespectful staff horrible customer service! Not how you run a franchise! Made the mistake of not reading the reviews before dining...

6/21/25 — We went in to eat at 3:10 in the afternoon. The place was absolutely trashed. Food all over the tables and floors. The counters were wet and dirty. The garbage was overflowing, and the bathroom was also very dirty. The counter where they make the sandwiches was messy and dirty. Every single worker there was either on their phone, eating, or just standing around. I love Jersey Mike’s, but unfortunately, I will not visit this...

Went on the day they opened about 7pm, plenty of staff working (5 not including the delivery driver who was making subs when she wasn’t delivering) the staff was friendly and helpful. You could tell that some were still learning the menu but everyone was helping each other out. There was a couple other people waiting for food but I was in and out in 5 minutes, and the food was great. Will definitely be back! Keep up...
