I have never had a bad experience a JJs Fish aside from tonight. The food was amazing as always. BUT, a guy came in, ordered fish, when he got home he realized he had chicken. He bought the chicken back to the store and asked could they make him fish because that's what he paid for. He had already wasted gas and time by having to come back. His only ask was for them to make his food over. The cashier (JOJO) I think I heard that was her name tried her best to rectify the issue in a polite manner. She begged the cooks to just make his food over after the COOKS placed the wrong tag/ receipt on the bag full of chicken instead of fish. The cooks constantly blamed everyone else but themselves for ticketing the wrong bag. The other young lady was so scared of the cooks, she refused to even take the mans order, she just gave him his money back and said THEY "the cooks" said they will not make your order over after the COOKS gave out the wrong order. I feel sorry for the young cashier, she felt defeated after trying her best to make the customer happy, the other cashier started taking other customers order after telling the upset customer she cannot take his order because she just walked back in. Ma'am you are taking other customers order while an upset hungry customer just want the right food that your cooks gave away. I don't understand why the cooks just couldnt cook the customer the right food and let him go on. I would really like an explanation as to why they couldnt just make the correct order. I cannot understand why the manager/supervisor/lead cashier was so scared of the little guys in the back cooking. I just want to tell you what an awesome job you done I definitely Appreciate your talents of customer service. As you all know that read my reviews before My past experience has been horrible I did not feel like driving back to Stockbridge when I can just go a little bit further down the road which is closer so I decided to give them another tea while I was in the area still and thank goodness I did. I would have missed out thank you once again lady in the window today.
3 months ago: The customer service is absolutely horrible. I called to place the order with one lady...😳talk about the worst attitude ever and then got the nerve to rush me on my order and hung up in my face when I asked her for the price. So I called back to cancel another lady answered I told her I was calling to cancel she asked me what was the order, as I repeated the order she tells me we wasn’t gonna make it anyway. Read moreSo my three stores is not in regards to their food. The chicken is actually good fried chicken and the fries are good. As long as they don’t put too much seasoning on them. Sometimes they over season them. My three stars is because of customer service. They’re under new management now but their customer service still sucks I order ahead so I don’t have to wait. I still have to wait no matter how much time I lit last I could order 30 minutes in advance and still have to wait when I get there. I order ahead, so I don’t have to wait. Their service absolutely sucks no matter what you do they’re not gonna start your chicken in till you’re there.
So my last review was a year ago. So I felt the need to update my previous review. This place has not changed. Ordering ahead is pointless because they will not have it ready and they don’t start it till you are physically there. Their customer service sucks. And they do not respect your time.
