I wish I would've gotten photos, but I was starving and the burger was too beautiful not to eat right away lol. Let me start by saying that they are no longer a dine-in restaurant. This could very well be due to covid and it may go back to being dine-in after covid, but it is currently takeout only. With that said... yes, I ate my beautiful burger in the driver seat of my car lol. When you walk in there are two very large screens that you use to order your meal. If you are paying with cash, select that option at checkout and a staff member will cash you out once your order is placed or when it's ready for pickup. This restaurant allows you to build your own burger and pick your favorite toppings. They have way more options than five guys. I ordered a single bacon cheeseburger with American cheese (they have different cheese selections). I added lettuce, banana peppers (uncooked), mayo and thousand island. My god son ordered a single burger with egg, tomato, ketchup and mustard. My friend ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, jalapeƱo, grilled onions and ketchup. We also ordered a small cajun fry. This is not five guys where they give you a boat load of fries and throws an extra scoop in the bag. If you plan on sharing fries, order a large fry. We also ordered onion rings, which were delicious. They had a regular drink machine (not freestyle) and they had a selection of canned sodas and THAT BURGER bottled water. It took 30 minutes for our meal to be ready. I highly suggest ordering ahead because we did NOT expect that long of a wait. I want to take a star away because of that, but the burger was too good to give them 4 stars lol. I also wanted to take a star away because the photos in the reviews showed dine-in being an option and I didn't see anywhere that said otherwise. That was 75% of the reason why we selected the restaurant.... but again, the food was too good to not give them 5 stars. I'll definitely be back, but next time, I'll order in...

While 8-10 people, including myself, have been waiting over an hour, the workers are continuously making doordash orders for people that have not arrived yet. Iāve worked in fast-food/restaurants before and I know online orders are not the highest priority, the customers in-store are. The GM is extremely rude. When I asked about how much longer is the wait, Javeline Curtis (the GM) started yelling and talking about issuing refunds after customers including myself have waited for over an hour. Other customers stated they have ordered at 8:04, 8:15, etc. She stated 15 minutes ago(10:05) that it will be only 5 more minutes. It is now 10:30. Some workers have clocked out while myself and 4 other people are still waiting. I will NEVER purchase from this black business again for as long as Javeline Curtis works here.
Update: I had the police called on me by the GM. I did not attack her. She was extremely aggressive. She refused to refund me my money until the officer arrived at 11:30pm. I was in the hospital all day and after leaving, I wanted to eat here and decided to come to this location because the other location in morrow was closed. After spending over 12 hours in the hospital, I was forced to spend another 4 hours waiting on food that I never received and was refused a refund until the officer was present. I love supporting small, black owned businesses and also promoting them but I will never step foot in this chain again. The double was cool, but when we put the order in for the kids burger, we added lettuce in the notes. When I grabbed the food, the woman told me they canāt put lettuce on a kids burger š¤Æš that makes no sense. I asked for lettuce on the side, itās for a kid, hence the kids meal, and the woman said āno cause the owner is in the backā. I leave disappointed, didnāt cause a scene. My wife goes in and the girl tells her the same thing and comes back and told her $2 for a side of lettuce. Iām a CHEF that works for a Michelin starred restaurant. How is lettuce the same price as an extra hamburger patty??? A few shards for a kids burger is $2.00?!?! 𤯠I wanted to support black business and a rude server and a lack of customer decent service. Will I be coming back to this place? Nahhhhh⦠I gave it one stars because order tasted decent. But my wife and daughter didnāt get what they asked for at all and that spot needs a ventilation system or something, itās too hot in the waiting area. Eat at you own risk!
