We went during a Sunday at 1p. Spent almost 2 hours there without any direction. They seem very understaffed. There was no one there to greet us, we were told to sit anywhere and never told how or where or when to order. Seats were wobbly, not all cushions out. Lots of people sitting without actually being patrons of the bar/kitchen. Once we ordered online we were notified 30 minutes later (after paying) that we wouldn’t be receiving that food because apparently only the brunch menu was available (even though people around us had hummus off the regular menu) and the online ordering system was wrong. I was texted that my order was ready and then had to find someone to refund me. It was hard for me to get any staff member to even talk or speak to me, let alone apologize for all the poor service. My husband did manage to order 2 drinks for us that were good. The honey deuce looked delicious I just never got to try it. If this restaurant makes it- would love to try again when appropriately staffed with people that actually care about service or explaining what to do. The weather was awesome, it was a unique setting with activities like pool, darts, cornhole, lawn jenga, so with proper service the atmosphere...
Read moreWhat a great new place! I volunteer at LifeLine down the street and this has been a godsend to the neighborhood. Full bar and GREAT food. Everything is super fresh and made from scratch. I particularly love the protein bowls--I got tofu as added protein and it was really flavorful thanks to the marinade. My friend and the people eating down the bar from me give the buttermilk chicken tenders two thumbs up. They are buttermilk brined in house--nothing frozen here. They just added acai bowls and smoothies.
You can order from anywhere on the grounds. The views from the balcony over the courts is cool and there are wonderful shady outdoor spaces. Parties are welcome too. This is a great addition to the Embry Hills area. (It's convenient to both 85 and 285 off...
