I'd give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a pepperoni pizza & puffs from this location. While chewing, I felt a hair in my mouth so I immediatey spit it out. I was really tired and hungry so I pullled a slice from the other side and began to eat it and there was also a hair in that slice. I phoned the manager and explained. She stated, "Oh I can't have that" and asked me to bring the pizza back. I explained that I would not be able to return to the store on the same day and could try the next but was not sure when I'd be in the area again. She asked me to just bring the receipt and agreed to refund my money. A week later I called & spoke with the supervisor becaue I'd be in the area. She said she'd give me another pizza, but I declined and told her I did not want a pizza because I was disgusted with the food, but wast told I'd receive a refund. She said I'd need to call lback the next day when the manager was there. The next day, I called and spoke to the manager. She asked for the name of the person I'd spoken with initially, but I couldn't remember. She asked me to bring the pizza back. I told her the pizza was moldy since I refused to refrigerate it and she still asked me to return it. As I returned the pizza, the manager said she'd only refund the amount paid for the pizza. She requested my receipt and I handed it to her. She placed the pizza on the counter and opened the box and said, "You've eaten half the pizza." I stressed, that the hair was found while consuming the pizza. She then asked me to show her the hair and again mentioned that I'd eaten half the pizza. She repeated this several times and I asked are you going to refund my money? She mentioned she was the person I initially spoke with and said I agreed to come back that Sunday. This woman was looking for an argument and was trying to provoke me. I told her I was not going to argue with her and requested my receipt. She seemed reluctant to hand me my receipt so I demanded my receipt. I told her I'd report this to corporate and she replied, "You'll just have to call corporate." I've never experienced such unprofesional behavior from a restaurant manager. Why did she take me through this knowing she spoke with me initially? Is this the face of Little Ceasars? I've supervised a restaurant in the past and know protocol. I never asked to see a hair if the customer found it in their food. I'm sure my little $8 is nothing to this chain considering they grossed $4,451,000,000 last year. I ordered a pizza pie, not a hair pie. Little Ceasars should change their slogan from "Pizza Pizza" to...
Read moreI went to Lil cedars to get two thin crust pizzas and one of the pizzas came out with no thin crust which the other person involved would not eat so I told them I needed a thin crust but they said, fifteen minutes before they even closed, that they did not have one and it was to late to remake it so they gave the money back on that pizza. But would not remake it even though they had time... Well that wasn't the problem the problem was I got in my car and called the one that had the meat lovers thin crust and they said go ahead and bring it without thin crust. So I immediately go back in to get the one they gave the money back on and guess what.... They r turned around and sold it... The part that is so unbelievable is we took the pizza away from the establishment before we realized that pizza wasn't thin crust and then took it back inside like ten minutes later... What is so very concerning to me is I work in the food industry and I would have been so mad had I been the one they bought that pizza ... People should always throw food out if they have let the food go to someone else and they bring it back so not only am I gonna report this misconduct to the Google reviews but I'm about to report it to the health department. That is NOT ok.. By no means and how many times have they resold to me and someone took it to their car and then brought it back.. That isn't sanitary or good business on top of the fact that the manager told us she would give us a pizza for our troubles but she refused both times were weren't back. The same manager.... She was extremely rude and not willing to remake our pizza after they screwed up more ways than one... When they had fifteen minutes before they even closed.. If I were you I would steer clear of this é establishment because they not only have very bad customer service but they will sale used pizzas.... Makes you wonder if they even wash their hands before they make your pizza.... IfI could make this review and give them no stars I...
Read moreThe manager is rude and has absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. I was overcharged and then, in a so called attempt to fix it, the manager supposedly voided the transaction made on my debit card. Then charged me again. I was charged 2x. I verified through my bank that the 1st transaction was not voided. I contacted the store but manager refused to address the problem. As if that wasn't bad enough he had his boss on the phone and he/she refused to speak to me. He would not give me any contact info for anyone . I left my name and number -for his boss and this "manager" starts texting me from his personal phone apologizing for what happened!! Then called me the next day and told me that he looked at the transactions for that night and saw the problem and offered me free pizza. I want the money they took from me, not free pizza. And that sounds to me like this fool was trying to make things right before he got caught doing whatever wrong he was doing. It took 3 calls to cooperate to get someone to contact the owner. The owner lied and said he had been trying to call me back. Then I finally got a call from the owner and he leaves a message telling me not to call cooperate, and denying that I was charged 2x. I just decided to let the bank deal with them. I will never go here again. And as for the manager....you know who you are.... what you do in the dark, will Always one day...
