Great Wall — Restaurant in Lithia Springs

Firstly don't be fooled by all the 5 star votes. How many non top tier take out restaurants get 5 star votes over and over? LOL This place is a disappoinment. Food was bad and dry. Rice was hard and didnt include what I expect to be the dish I ordered. I grew up in the North so I have eaten in a China town. Ordered a lunch special it was in a small container compared to my local take-out place. The chicken fried rice that accompanied the food had no chicken in it. (where have you ever seen that in the US?). I am sure they used the broth only thinking it doesnt matter. Soup is supposed to be free but I was told it cost extra. And customer service both when I was at the restaurant and when I called to explain the issues were poor. Might be an off day but by the way another lady was yelling at the staff about how they were cooking her...

Poor customer service. Just called to place an order at 8:55 p.m. since they close at 10 pm. At first person went to the phone told me that they were closed and I asked I thought you closed at 10 p.m.? She then said "yeah no one is here so we are closing early." I said "okay fine no problem" and was going to hang up when she told me actually we can take your order. I gave her my order. She shouted to come in immediately so I rushed to get in my car and as I'm driving off I get a call back telling me that they're closing and to come I the following day to order. Poor customer service. I will not be returning you don't treat...

Last few times I ordered from there everything was okay. However, this afternoon I had a bad reaction to the food. My tongue swelled up pretty bad, size of a golf ball. At first I was confused because I am not allergic to anything. I simply had fried rice with shrimp & garlic sauce. However, after rushing to the ER I noticed that whatever mushrooms they put in my meal had spots on them. I didn’t realize before when I’d eaten one. I never seen mushrooms with spots. Not sure if that means they’re spoiled or what but I am very disappointed and the reaction could have took a turn...
