The staff was extremely rude when they left out a portion of my order and I had to come back to ask for it. I was nice and said āIām sorry but it looks like my 2 orders of nachos arenāt in the bagā and the lady snapped at me. I then realized that they left out the packets of sauce, so I said āIām sorry again but I donāt think there is any sauce in the bagā she snapped at me again and said āIām sure they are in the bagā and closed the window on me while I was still talking. I was so mad at myself for being so nice and me saying Iām sorry like I bothered them. I didnāt forget the food, Iām the one that had to come back around to get my whole order. Which was $42 for 2 PEOPLE at Tacobell?!?! I get home and I am looking in that bag like it had secret compartments, knowing I didnāt see the sauce packets and they werenāt gonna magically appear, so I got mad again, that I let her gaslight me to thinking I must be overlooking them. It wasnāt a huge order it was for 2 people so it was 5 tacos and 2 nachos and cheese. So I knew I wasnāt missing the packets somehow in this bag. Plus heck the dang nachos werenāt even in there when I looked for the sauces to begin with. Then I opened the tacos and I was mad again⦠they looked awful, broken into pieces, hardly any meat or anything in them. Just repulsive looking, for $42 BUCKS!!!! I just canāt! I know no one from Taco Bell actually reads these reviews and I know people are still going to eat there because itās a fast food restaurant, but the rude service, horrible food, etc⦠I just had to say something. I wonāt be returning, but not like my $42 order is gonna bankrupt freaking TB! The last 2 times in 2 weeks that we have come through the drive-thru (AT 9:30PM) they start out by saying "Welcome to Taco Bell! Just so you know our grill and steamer is closed already for nightly cleaning and we are only offering items not fried or steamed". WHAT? Seriously, because you want to go home early and don't have enough staff you refuse to stay later? REALLY? A franchise restaurant should not have this situation for the brand name happening. It's not all about you having to stay a little late to give the entire brand a bad reputation. If you can't fulfill the duties, go find another job somewhere else that closes early. When you are open until 1AM, have all the items available until 1AM. Sounds like Del Taco should buy you out because they know how to run a business, have enough workers, and keep their kitchen fully operational. If you wonder why you can't make money there, it's because you are a silent partner and are not actively participating in the business to make it its' best. When you can't find workers, then you step in and work yourself. We have many tourist that travel and this is giving not only Taco Bell a bad name, but also our town of Cleveland. FIX...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTried to call this morning to see how late they serve breakfast today. Called for 20 minutes and no one ever answered the phone. Once we got there we found out they serve until 11. It was 10:16. My daughter ordered one of the stuffed breakfast burritos & said NO PICO. The girl repeated it....you want it without the pico, right? My daughter said yes ma'am, no pico. Guess what....pico was on it!!!!! Also, they were obviously out of hash browns (not eggs this time....but out of hash browns. She told us that right at the start but ovxiously there was an employee in the back that kept telling her 'let them know we're out of hash nrown'......to which the girl taking our order begins to argue with the employee in the back & saying I've already told them we are out....quit yelling I'm my ear, I've told them'. Yes this is in the middle of taking our order! This is the most mismanaged restaurant I've ever been too. The employees up front give lousy customer service & the folks in the back can NEVER get everything right. There is ALWAYS something wrong with the orders even when its right on the ticket.
