Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow!!! Ordered in last night for the first time from Marco's Pizza (3595 Canton Rd., Marietta, GA). Did not feel like pizza nor did I feel like cooking! So I got the Wheat Turkey Club and Salad. Ordered a whole one so that I can have two meals. After eating I got sick...What came in went out the wrong end! Within 45 min. I contacted them online but did not want to make a big deal unless I knew for sure. I NEVER get sick from eating! EVER! So I have a little bit of the sandwich left and just ate it...BIG MISTAKE....this time it was minutes that I got sick! NOW I KNOW FOR SURE IT WAS THEM!!! I just got off the phone with Will the "manager". He said yeah, we were talking about you last night and we do not even see that you ordered. They never even tried calling me last night or ALL DAY TODAY! A customer gets sick and they cant find the order then completely dismisses it! Really??? It was THEIR SURVEY that they sent ME for ordering. So again, I am keeled over and now they are calling me a liar! I took my darn receipt and called off every number of the ticket! He asked me what I wanted to him to do? Ummmm...I dunno...got sick two days in a row EATING THEIR SANDWICH....a good start would be GETTING RID OF THE TURKEY AND OR CHEESE OR WHATEVER THEY PUT ON IT! They still argued with me about not being in the system even with receipt in hand and he had no idea what to say or do other than he would have the owner Kam call me. Wow, wow, wow, wow, wowwwww!!! Read moreI purchased pizza and wings on 12/21/22, and the order was incorrect. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, he apologized and said I could return and he would replace the order. I told him it would be a 20-25 minute drive and I would return tomorrow-12/22/22. The medium pizza had the wrong toppings and we ordered 15 wings and received 10. He said I will give you 6 wings and the correct pizza. When we returned on the following day, I was told that we had 5 complaints listed and that he could not honor, what the manager had said. I immediately responded and said I never had 5 complaints. Then he said I would not lie, and then he said I will give you a deal, I told him I was not going to pay for another pizza. I told him I was going on social media and his response was ok "We have a 3 star rating".This individual was unprofessional, rude and acted racist. I told him I will never purchase anything from this location ever again. There was another man in the store that walked from behind the register and sat in a booth, he never spoke. After I left the store my wife went in and he told her I was having a bad day. She attempted to explain the situation and he told her now you're having a bad day and that I was going to try to help you and ask her to leave the store.He said he was the assistant manager. Read moreNew hires really don't care about their jobs. Ever since one of the previous employees left, the quality has really gone downhill. New employees can not follow simple requests like extra sauces, crust topping, or general pizza recipes, including which sauces go on what pizza. The toppings are just bunched up in the middle, pizza came out extremely greasy, and I had to advise the employee of where to get the sauces. Will likely not be coming back anymore.
UPDATE since response from owner: I tried writing feedback to the store using the 'customer feedback' link on the website before ever even writing a review. The link takes you to the online web order page, not anywhere where you can leave a review. The link provided by the owner who responded to my google review is also a link that takes you to order online (once you have chosen the specific store you hit the "give feedback" or "start survey" buttons and both take you to web ordering) This is unhelpful and somewhat shady. I would like an email address or phone number of a person that I can speak with regarding these matters. Not a link...
