Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

I was at this location at 1:19 I ordered 5 meat pizza. After the young man took my order and Money. He quickly went to the back to make it. So I decided to watch, he did not put on a gloves or wash his hands. This upset me so I call him back towards the front. Ask him why, he told me they didn't have to wear gloves. I told him he could at least wash his hands. I got a refund and left the store. I called the manager just to be told that contamination will be killed in the oven. WOW... So when they don't wash their hands or drop food on the floor all this will be taken care of in the hot oven. This is what the young man is being train and that's why he don't wash his hands.. Some bacteria fees off and multiply in heat. That Manager and young man both needs to be trained. This is so disappointing this little Caesar is my favorite pizza restaurant. I been doing business with them for 4 years. It is always clean and some of the workers are friendly. And the pizza is awesome. I probably will not be doing business at this...

It's funny they promote "hot 'n ready" service, but you always wait.

I came herr at 12:39. Place an order for the lunch special (the deep dish with a soda).

Keelinn tells me to pull up and park and she'll walk my order out when it's ready. It'll take ten minutes.

No problem. At 1:03 I had to call the location and ask about my order.

As I get out of my car as Keelinn walks out the door and brings me the order. Whan I asked "Why did it take nearly 25 minutes for a ten minute wait?"

She said "I couldn't find your car"

I let her know when she asked me to park other parking spaces were taken up. Had she SIMPLY WALKED OUTSIDE she would have seen my car.

Please train your employees to NOT be so lazy about their job. Parking customers is one things but if your not going to look for them when you park them whay park them I the first place. No one stepped outside prior to me calling the location as I could see the door in my mirror.

Ordered a thin crust pep cut into triangles and not squares which the person who took my order assured me it would be cut into triangles. While I was waiting, the guy in the back was slamming the pans around to make as much noise as possible to a point that I couldn’t even think straight. Once the pizza came out, it was cut into squares and I was offered to wait so they could make a new pizza, but I didn’t have time or the patience to listen to this kid bang every single pot in the building instead of looking at the computer to see I wanted the pizza cut into triangles. The pizza looks great but I gave 3 stars because it wasn’t cut correctly and because the kid was extremely obnoxious or I would have given them more stars. It doesn’t matter how many times I ask for triangles because I usually get it 1 out of maybe 5 times that I ask for it even though there is a button telling the cook to cut it...
