I had the worst customer service experience at this McAlister’s location. I ordered a soup, the money was taken from my debit account, but my order never appeared on their screen. Instead of simply providing the soup after confirming the charge, the manager handled the situation very poorly. She told me to call my bank to get the money back, which is unacceptable. This is absolutely unacceptable. I cannot believe they actually gave me this salad. Horrible service and product here. I ordered the Savannah chopped salad. I got some kind of mystery meat thrown on the side. I’ve literally never seen a salad look so nasty. What horrible service.

Also all the McAlister’s deli have gluten free bread. When I asked if this location had gluten free bread the kitchen worker laughed at me. The girl up front at least...

Did not give sufficient ice drink, when I asked if they refused to either remake the drink or just give a small cup of ice. They have side condiments but the front counter said they didn’t even though they are right behind them. I would not eat here, the service...
