McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgia

Today, 8/21/2023 at approximately 7:20p EDT to 7:50o EDT, the following incident occurred: Employee DeVontae, who previously worked at Wendy's on Veterans Memorial, where I had a problem with how he serviced me, tampered with my Mcflurry order. Additionally, DeVontae has a nasty and filthy attitude and was very disrespectful to me. The Manager at McDonald's had him (DeVontae) to make, me an Oreo Mcflurry. He purposely messed up the Mcflurry, literally slopped the ice cream, unmixed with no Oreos. When I brought it to his attention, he laughed, took it back, out of sight, resurfaced with a sprinkle of Oreos. And as he was handling it, he had his fingers touching the ice cream.

Then he (DeVontae) sat it on the receiving shelf with the top hanging off it and ice cream dripping. I heard one of the workers ask him if he spat in it. He looked at me, and yelled, "Now... there's your Mcflurry!" DeVontae laughed and walked away, making defamatory remarks about me, while walking towards the back of the restaurant.

I approached the Manager, who was outside and gave him a history of what happened prior to him hiring DeVontae. The Manager, apologized, came inside, and had another employee remake the Mcflurry.

I went through the drive thru today around 5 pm. I ordered 2 filet o fish cooked fresh (well done) with extra cheese a medium fry and a kids apple juice. When I paid for the order with my card I didnt get a receipt so I asked for 1 (glad I did). I was told by the cashier that she had no paper to print (wth). I told her I needed 1 so she called somebody to get it. My food was ready at the next window so I asked was it fresh . The lady (caucasian) stated that she didnt know and I cud check it and have it remade if it wasnt right (how it is sge didnt know Im still confused abt). I checked 1 sandwich and it had mustard and lettice on it (not my order). She asked me to pull up and she wud bring it out. While waiting I looked at my receipt and it said add bacon! Bacon??? (WTH) I went bk and asked for a manager bcuz I waa charged for something I didnt order. Another lady (black) came and made the adjustment to my receipt and card. She then came bk to confirm my remake order which again was JUST fresh extra cheese. I emphasized PLEASE no bacon. Only to get my food that they made me wait to be remade and get home and the sandwiches are NO CHEESE AT ALL AND WITH BACON! My order was simple and very much common! HOW CUD THIS BE COMPLICATED? And of course nobody answered the phone when calling about it! THEEE...

Pulled up to the speaker, and the woman taking my order interrupted me constantly claiming she couldn't understand what I was saying, and asked me to drive around. When I got to the window, she accused me of not ordering until I had reminded her that she asked me to pull around. Ordering from this woman was impossible. I just wanted a #2 with sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin. She kept interrupting me and asking what all I wanted on it, and simply couldn't understand me when I was trying to order. I finally get my order through, and when i pull around and get my food, i had to knock on the window to get some napkins. I got 1, that was thrown at me reluctantly. I checked the receipt, but when I got home, it was the complete wrong order, and cold to boot. This location is a hot mess, and there is a huge thread on our Nextdoor about how awful this location is. I never get angry about fast food, but the treatment and service at this location is TERRIBLE. I will never be going back to this location, and will make sure to let our nextdoor folks know how awful it is. You guys should be ashamed...
