The only reason I gave one star is because you have to give a star in order to post a review. If I could give them zero I would. I have been coming to this establishment since May. There was a point where I was eating here 2 to 3 times a week. Bad experience after bad experience I kept coming back. I would call, be put on hold for 10 to 15 minutes, then someone would pick up the phone and hang up after saying hello. Or I would order my food over the phone, when they felt like answering and taking an order over the phone, and was told my order would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes but when I get there I have to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes for the food that I ordered over the phone. When I asked why I had to wait after already ordering on the phone I was told by a waitress that they donât really make your order when you order over the phone that they only make it when you get there. But none of them top the bad experience that I had tonight which is why I will not be back.I am definitely not the one to leave reviews good or bad, but this definitely needs to be told. I called and asked if I could place an order the lady that answered the phone told me to hold for one minute, I ended up holding for 35 minutes. I actually stopped by the grocery store and the gas station and got there and heard them over the phone talking to one another but no one has yet to acknowledge me on the phone. As I was driving into the parking lot I saw that no one was standing at the counter which infuriated me because it didnât make any sense why no one had taken my order. As I walked to the door to go in while Iâm still on hold I see the man pick up the phone and say hello to me on the other end of the phone and not wait for a response and just hung up. When I walk up to the counter and I asked âwhy did you just hang up on me,â all of a sudden he doesnât know whatâs going on. I said âI just watched you pick up the phone, say hello, and not wait for response before you hung the phone up.â He goes on to tell me that it was the fault of the waitress, who I have had an issue with before. I am not sure what her name is but I know she works at night and she is very disrespectful. I asked her âare you all not even going to apologize for having me on hold for over 35 minutes.â Not that I should even have to ask you for an apology as a customer. She says to me that sheâs not going to apologize because she didnât do anything and that she had just gotten to work. I said âthat does not matter, you are a representative of this company and you should apologize because I was treated badly as a customer.â She goes on to tell me that she is not going to apologize to me. I ask her for the ownerâs name and she starts to smirk and laugh and look around and finally tells me his name is Mario. I know that sheâs lying because I looked through the reviews on this thread and saw that she told someone else that the ownerâs name was Javier. I asked her when will he be available and she goes on to tell me that heâs not there, I proceeded to tell her I did not ask her if he was there I asked her when would he be there, she says that she doesnât know. It took everything in me not to grab her by that greasy ass ponytail on the top of her head and pull her over the counter. But I did not do that. They went on to give me my tacos for free that I always order, and I left them sitting on the ground right outside of the establishment. Iâm not eating anything from anyone who treats me like that free or not, and I refuse to be disrespected at a place where I have spent a lot of money and recommended several of my friends. So good, I ordered it for DELIVERY 2 days in a row... 3 CHICKEN TACOS AND A FAJITA IS $30...YES, THAT MEANS I PAID THEM $60 IN 2 DAYS... THE MOST IVE EVER PAID IN ONE WEEK FOR DELIVERY.. and if u can read, I DIDNT ORDER ALOT... THEY ARE OVER PRICING FOR THE LITTLE FOOD U GET... On top of that, their portion sizes and PRICES are INCONSISTANT.. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA IF YOU'RE NOT WATCHING THEM..The first time, i was very much pleased.. no complaints at all.. The second time, FOR THE FAJITAS, they used VERY LITTLE STEAK AND A BUNCH OF PEPPERS AND ONIONS TO LEVEL IT OUT, THE TACO SHELLS WERE STALE, THE LETTUCE WAS WARPED, AND THE DELIVERY DRIVER FORGOT TO BRING THE DRINK I ORDERED.. NO NAPKINS OR PLASTIC WARE EITHER... I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW THEY FORGOT MY DRINK, BUT TO NO AVAIL.. THEY DIDNT EVEN MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO BRING MY DRINK BACK.. ALSO, A MEXICAN FRIEND OF MINE WHO KNOWS PPL THAT WORK THERE, SAID THEY GIVE FREE FOOD AND CHEAP PRICES TO MEXICANS, BUT OVER CHARGE NON-MEXICANS.. I THINK HE'S RIGHT 5/18/2016.. I made an order, the delievery guy did not have change.. so he took the food back and threw it away.. instead of grabbing change and bringing it back.. they said it was my fault that the delivery guy didnt have change bc i shouldve told them he needed change B4 he delivered..    Read moreIt is unfortunate that after being a patron for over 7 years it has to come to an end like this I was recently there during the early hours of March 17th I ordered $70+ worth of food and it was incorrect. I asked the young lady in the front to correct it wasnât even a major correction just for the extra cheese I was charged for to be put and melted on the taco like it usually comes. She had an attitude and threw the cheese on the side and handed it back to me. I politely said no this is not what I ordered and asked again if she could please put the cheese on the taco like itâs supposed to come and she proceeds to turn around and curse at the kitchen workers to melt the cheese on the taco basically mocking what I had said. Upon completion of the request (I never asked for the food to be remade nor was I rude) she hands me the order and calls me out of my name. My girlfriend was furious and stormed out and when I ask the guy why she felt the need to call me out my name he said oh no she never said anything to you even though four people heard what was said.
