The owner was very polite and professional. However my wife and I purchased 2 different washer and dryer sets from him. Both sets had faulty washing machines. They both failed to go through their spin cycles and were both very noisy. We struggled with our attempts to get them working properly and the promised 90 day warranty was not fully honored. Again the owner was very polite and he did attempt to help us out. We may have just gotten faulty equipment at no fault of the owner, but if you decide to purchase through him, have the set checked by a professional before going through with the purchase. Our clothing in both units were not being thoroughly washed and the spin cycles were not always working, resulting in soaked clothing. This is a very horrible place to shop and buy!!! Purchased a dryer in April and they owner had to come back twice in the month to repair it and then in June and waiting close to the 90 days warranty for the June repair. Dryer didn't get hot and most of all faulty appliances and poor customer service upon doing repair!!!! Of I could rate a zero star it will be just that!!! Stay Away From...
