Checkers — Restaurant in Georgia

Only gave five stars just so I can be the first comment. This checkers is so terrible. It’s ridiculous!! First, the manager is so mad to be there like I was with her when she filled out the application. Girl, if you do not like your job, just quit! Don’t blame every customer that drives up to the window when you’re the one that messes up everyone’s food. The African-American Manager lady is so rude and so mad at the world it’s sad! Please do her a favor and just fire her! Second, I was told that the burgers are frozen, and they already come seasoned, so why are you putting extra season salt on top of an already salted burger? So you mean to tell me every single customer that comes here loves when you over sort their food? Like what is it with this particular food place? like they literally sold me a salt sandwich four times which I had to come back and tell them that I cannot have all that salt so the cook came out and said that if i have high blood pressure then maybe I should shop somewhere else. I eat checkers all the time, the one near my house and they do not put any salt on my food and it’s delicious. And for you to admit that you are aware that the meat is already high in salt. Why add more salt to it? Even if I didn’t have high blood pressure I still wouldn’t be able to eat. The sandwich is completely filled with salt. What are they not understanding!! You can always add salt to food but once its already in there, it’s too late! So pretty much I need to just stop coming here and go somewhere else or because I asked not to have salt added to any of my food. The African-American manager snatches the bag and throws it and says you need to remake a food. She always has an attitude And I just don’t understand why I like. Don’t you understand that high blood pressure is common in Black people? I should be able to eat whatever I want and just ask for no salt on my food. It’s just a terrible situation because I love checkers, but I am being forced to eat somewhere else. Whatever the company is doing to you is not my fault if you cant get something this simple right! That’s exactly why you can’t get a better job! This lady told me she was quitting not too long ago, maybe 3 weeks ago multiple times and was soo happy about it….. what happened? Once not have I ever seen this Manager lady in a ok Mood like she really hates her life!! Every single time I come to checkers she is mad and she definitely takes it out on us and that’s not right!! Go work in a strip club bathroom, they don’t care about customers service....

The workers are always rude shaquita got an attitude cuz she got my order wrong but she charged me for it 1 smh I just told her keep the damn sandwich the food was cold anyway lost my appetite for checkers good thing Mc Donalds was right around the corner I'm never buying checkers again cuz it ain't the first time one of the workers caught an attitude this one time I pulled up to order but I had a question about one of the sandwiches one of the girl asked for my order then no response for a few mins then it was so simple I wanted to add something else to my order she was like oh my God can I just be done with this order already bad service drive away 2nd visit in 2years because of these folks attitude 06-19-19 first of i been sitting here for 34mins so far they still havent taken my order someone did come on for a brief moment & told me theyre only serving fried meals or something about fries they then told me to hold on & kept me waiting ok so i pulled up a lil before 2am there were 3 cars ahead of me they gave them their food the guy came on & asked if someone took my order i said no he said hold on 15mins later the lady said theyre only serving fried meals or fries she did not respond to me on there saying hello is anyone there i couldn't barely see the full menu yet becuz the car ahead of me was kinda blocking me 20mins later she said that something about her draw was rebooting said absolutely nothing even tho they had a worker running around outside the cars thats been waiting behind me started blaring their horns upset at the workers i drove up there & the guy on the shift walk off & hid in the back the lady on the shift said she told me she shut her register off they closed now but i been waiting since before 2am yall shut the register off at 2.30 when online it says yall closed at 3 so get that updated checkers closes at 2am not 3 & the workers rude i didn't even feel like arguing with these folks i had to vatch somewhere else open they couldve at least said something eaarlier i could've pulled up somewhere else&theyre very unprofessional i would never recommend eating here u get better service at mcdonalds even NO...

I only gave them 2 stars because Orlando was very helpful. I ordered the 1/2 pound chicken bites combo, 2 big chiken sandwichs plain, 2 checkerburgers meal deal and 1 checker burger add chili with a spicy chicken sandwhich meal deal and funnel cake fries. My order was missing a med fry and we hadnt got our drinks. Not to mention they forgot to give us our change. So the manager which was a lady came to the window and asked what we needed. I told her we needed the drinks and a med fry. She told me with a horrible attitude that I only got 2 drinks. I pulled my receipt off my bag and handed it to her and she slammed her window and did something on the cash register. No apology, no nothing just pure attitude and very unprofessional customer service. Orlando brings me my fry and my drinks and my funnel cake fries. He asks if we needed anything else and I said bbq sauce. He gave us the sauce and we went home. When I got home they still forgot to give me my spicy chicken sandwich. The manager was rude and with her being impatient it had me trying to hurry and leave. By doing so I didnt even count all my sandwiches. This location was really dissapointing bc this was our first time there and we never go to Checkers but decided to try it today. The food that they didnt forget to give us was good but the service was very unprofessional and horrible. I do not recommend this location if the manager is going to act this way. It is a shame that an employee gave me better service than the manager. What she should have been doing and/or asking Orlando...
