We have been going to Pacific Spice for years now and it’s always been pretty good but after today, will stop us from going back. I’ll start with the food. We ordered the lunch special for Tuesday, all three of us. The waitress brought a small bowl of the crunchy noodles to our table and they were stale. We received our soup and that was ok but then we received our lunch. The rice was cold, the egg rolls were cold and the Crab Rangoons were cold. The chicken was the only thing hot. My husband ate a few bites, my grand daughter ate a couple bites and I had a bite of my Crab Rangoon and egg roll to find them cold, ate no chicken at that point. By then we were done ready to go. Waitress came to fill my husband’s water and saw we weren’t eating. Ask if everything was ok, told her it was all cold. Said she would take them back but we were done at that point and asked for boxes. She had a terrible attitude and could have cared less. As we were boxing our cold food up a man came to the table to pick up a plate and I told him our food was cold. The excuse we got was, they have the back door open so they can cut the onions. He could have cared less either. The attitude is what turned us off and then not making it right. Didn’t go in to take it home and heat it up in the microwave. What a disappointment! Attitude...

Careful when ordering to go food from here. They place orders in cardboard boxes. Well if you are driving in any car and make any slight turn the juices from the cheap Styrofoam containers will leak everywhere. My wife had to stop on the side of the road with her hazards on because the seat was filling up with sauce. I called to let them know they need to invest in new containers and was told that I should keep the food balanced and when requesting extra sauce to have it be put into a container...I didn't think I would have to ask too put it in a container that is common sense. They did give us 10% off on this order, but 3 dollars doesn't make up for a car seat full of sauce and the smell of teriyaki for the next month. This is now the 2nd time this has happened, once to me not mentioning it to my wife and now happened to her in a far worse way. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because overall the staff is nice and the food is average to good. But this is exhausting when the establishment should think to package food more securely than just basic white Styrofoam containers filled with brown sauce. I will revisit but will ask for everything to be put into bags moving forward, you'd think the establishment would understand that as the sauce...

I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service that we received. I have never been treated the way the owner/manager at Pacific Spice treated my husband and myself. After calling to tell them the food was not edible as we received it and wanting them to remake it, they told us that the dish was always made the way they always made it. I had just had it two weeks prior and ordered the dish at least once a month for the past year and had never had it prepared the way it was sent to me. First they said it was made differently depending on the chef. When we complained that it wasn't made the way we were expecting it they changed their story and said that the manager always made it that way and he made it every time, which was an outright lie. The conversation resulted in getting our names put on a list and them saying they would never make the dish for us again. Apparently there is a list. . . At this point we wanted our money back and after then refusing to give us a credit we drove back to the restaurant to return the food in order to get a refund. We were told we were then put on a list and banned from ever ordering/eating at the restaurant again. I would give zero stars if it...

This place serves the best #sushi in town, even as far as Kennesaw! The sushi chef is fantastic and very experienced. Highly recommend. And if you don't like sushi, Pacific Spice offers #hibachi and #Chinese and #Thai cuisines as well, which are all equally delicious! If you get anything that is prepped at the sushi counter (which isn't just sushi and sashimi by the way), make sure to not forget to consider tipping the sushi chef as well as your waiter. I'm sure he'll appreciate it! Personally, the entire staff are very nice and appreciative. Being courteous to your waiter goes a long way here. They will definitely make you feel appreciated if you do. My family and I have been going here for years, even before they closed down temporarily over a decade ago. We miss some of the old staff, but the new staff is awesome too! And don't forget to order Sho Chiku Bai Nigori sake. You won't regret it! (they also serve ramune for those that like an interesting twist on a soda bottle)

Disappointed. The staff was very friendly but I feel it was overpriced for what we got. My go to with sushi is Chirashi Don, a bowl of seasoned sushi rice with assorted pieces of sashimi on top. It was tiny! They was only 3 item, salmon, white tuna and tuna. 3 pieces if each in a regular sized soup bowl with half an inch of rice..sad. Other sushi restaurants have 5-6 different kinds of fish and veggies as well in a large bowl of rice. Very sad. The white tuna nigiri had a strong fishy taste( I know it's raw fish, but you don't want to taste an overly fishy taste) We ended up paying close to $100 for 2 appetizers, 2 rolls, Chirashi Don and green tea and waters. Will not return
