Subway — Restaurant in Georgia

I went in the other day and ordered a sandwich with pepper jack cheese. I get the same sandwich I have been for years so I know the taste. The girl that was working there today didn’t seem to know what pepper jack cheese was. She put white American and when I told her it was the wrong cheese, I even opened my sandwich and showed her. She said “I’ll remake it for you but I know I put pepper jack cheese, I remember putting it on there” even though I opened it and showed her. I even had to tell her there should be peppers in the cheese, which there was not. Please get people know the difference in cheeses by looking at them. Obviously, someone put the American cheese where the pepper jack was...

This is what was ordered. A roast beef foot long on toasted Italian bread with pepper jack cheese, lettuce tomato,jalapeños ,mayo, vinegar,salt and pepper. SIMPLE! This is what I got. A roast beef footlong on Italian not toasted, no cheese, lettuce,tomato, spinach,cucumbers, onions,japalenos, no mayo no vinegar. Talk about disappointment I would like to know where in the world they came up with all those ingredients. Extremely stingy with ALL the ingredients. No wonder they require you to order it on line for the BOGO. They can make it any way they like and you have no recourse. I won't be back unless I can order it...

Pay More get Less. In-person you'll get what you ask for but pay full price and be reminded of that tip for making your sandwich. Online BOGO50 doesn't work and unlike being made in front you will pay for extra meat and get less than normal, in my experience. If you tell this to subway they do nothing.

To recap: online 25% not off and pay for extra meat and won't receive on the sloppily made sub so $4 and half the price of a sub more online =$8+ loss. Note you tip online 1st before the sandwich is made. Subway contact will not respond but continue to shove offers that don't work...
