My experience was horrible. Here is why, first, me and my family went to the drive through to get wings after ordering online and the lady that was there at the window happen to be the manager as well, she was in the phone with a costumer and was yelling at them, then when she finally came to the window she showed us attitude and was being very rude, she also raised her voice at us. Then we went home and looked at the wings but she got our order wrong( we ordered barbecue wings but she gave us flamin hot) so we went to get a discount or something but the same lady started yelling at us and started cussing at my family. She was bringing random things up like how she was from the south. She also said that I made the order, I would know if I made the wrong wings. Then we showed the the Receipt and she said that she was the one that brought it out to us and didn’t make it. After that, she told us that we can just go back in our car and she will bring out the wings to us. But she made an employee come out and give us the wings, we kindly asked if we could see the manager because she was the one that yelled at us, lied and she was the manager so she should take responsibility of her mistake. Read moreBeen here a few times never had an issue. Went tonight Nov 5th. While i was inside manager was on the phone with another customer. A gentleman took my order he was pleasant. When the manager got of the phone she discusses convo with the man that was taking my order. She goes and tells him this lady was alike rude new yorker on the phone. Guess what,, i am New yorker. Watch what you say around others for first of all.. I ask the gentleman if i shoulf go thru drive thru to pick it up whwn its ready. He said if you wish you are welcomed too. So i wait in parking lot for the time he said to wait. Then i proceeded to the drive thru and wait for them to hand me my order. Needless to say, I wait there for 5 min. Noone i mean noone is even taking notice that i am at the drive thru window. I can see my 3 personal.pans are waiting for me. So i thwn go back into the store to finally get my food since no one cares about you in the Drive Thru. I then wait another 5 min. For anyone to see me there. Worst customer service ever . Read moreDO NOT ORDER FROM HERE SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY $$ !!! Today it was a nightmare dealing with “BILLY”. My husband went to pick up our online order. My email said order was ready at 10:35 my husband arrived at 10:37am to pick up. Upon his arrival BILLY rudely stated someone else had already picked up my order. He offered to re make it and charged my husband $48.73. My husband paid without noticing cause he didn’t expect a such price increase, when my initial order total was $25.43. Then when I informed him the total was wrong he kept trying to over charge me saying my new total was going to be $30 something I told him I just wanted a refund and would go elsewhere. The worst part was that I used up some points for free things also now those are used and unavailable for me to use somewhere else. He definitely needs to be fired and replaced with honest caring people. Cause I see his name is already in other reviews here. before he makes this location shut down due to everything he is doing to us customers.
