Papa's BBQ & Seafood — Restaurant in Georgia

Atmosphere is clean a nice setting, this was my 2nd time coming the older male host is great. The food taste great!! I tried to give this place a second chance. The 1st time I came here, the server was really rude she act like she didn’t want to serve people of color! And she saw us sitting for 15mins. I came back, but this time I ordered online and picked it up. For my 2nd time, a different waitress the same rude and nasty attitude, My food was good, but the older lady was very very rude, very smart at the mouth just plain out nasty. I was calling to let her know. I had arrived, she was rude saying she called me. I told her we didn’t receive a call. She was very loud saying I call you because I didn’t pick a favor for my wing sauce. She said u couldn’t do 3, I told her I only picked 2 and that’s a problem with their website. she acted like she was upset for no reason, came back with our food and damn near through it at us. She didn’t asked if we needed anything, and fussed at us all loud when she left off my coworkers Mac and cheese. What type of raciest customer service????? We visited Papas today for lunch. Papa's has always been a fun place to go for great food, and good hospitality. We've always supported Papas throughout the pandemic. On today's visit, we pointed out to our waitress that the price charged on our bill $15.00 x2 (crab srew and half shrimp salad sandwich) was not the price $13.00 reflected on the menu. Even with $1.00 more for shrimp salad, it would be $14.00 not $15.00. Many menu items have increased by a few dollars throughout the restaurant industry, this wasn't the issue. My biggest problem here is stop handing out old menus that don't reflect your current computer ordering system. That's deceitful. Either have less correct menus or spend the money to print new ones. Most respectful restaurant, the manager would have apologize for your mistake and make a manual price adjustments. You have that capability. Instead of giving a lame excuse that it's how the system computes the bill. You programmed your own system...did you not? So, not my concern. So many great restaurants to patron and support. Papas is now on the bottom of my list to visit or...

If I could give them a 0 (zero) I would . We sat approximately (my wife and I) for more 20 minutes no one and I mean no one even approached our table to greet us. As we departed np one said a word, one elderly Caucasian woman shook her head in disgust as if she knew what had taken place I could see the embarrassment in her face and she said to me as we left ( I'm sorry) Granted the restaurant was not busy at all.Three servers and a hostess passed our table at least 8 eight times and not even a hello.I'm really disgusted and felt some kind of way as to the lack of service. I've worked in the casual dining restaurant business for more than 20 plus years,served as the food service advisor for the federal government for over 20 years. I would never step foot in this place ever again and would strongly suggest that people really lol at how you're being disrespected while spending your monies on these type establishment.
