Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

Wow. I'll 2nd that the employees really need to get up to speed. Quick! Place an online order. Got confirmation. Walk into store and they can't find my order. Looked up by phone and name. Can't find it. Tell me i must have ordered from another store. So I walk back out to my car. Get my phone. Walk back in. Show them my confirmation number. A few min later another girl has to come up and she finds it. I waited for 30 min at the store for it to complete. Had time to go into mexican place next door. Get guac dip and eat it all before my order was ready. Ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. Extra cheese usually means the whole pizza, right? 1 whole slice had NO cheese. The slice next to it had very little. Rest of pizza was NOT extra! Very very frustrated. I understand they are a newer location and they were extremely busy. BUT.... While I was there, another customer came in to get the rest of her order that was not delivered with her order. And a 2nd customer wasnt happy about something. I had an absolutely shocking and unacceptable experience with one of the delivery drivers from Papa John’s. During a delivery, that wasn’t to my home, a driver was caught on my camera engaging in extremely inappropriate behavior—he exposed himself and urinated on my property. This was all captured on video, and it's something that no one should ever have to experience.

This type of behavior is not only deeply unprofessional but also highly disturbing. I urge the company to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that this driver is held accountable for his actions. I hope that they will implement stricter measures to prevent anything like this from happening in the future.

Pizzas are fine, if they would have been prepared when we asked them to be ready. I'm not sure what the point of having a time for pick up option on your website is if you aren't going to go by that. Ordered the pizzas for a party to be picked up at 6. Got a text at 5:30 that they were ready. When I asked I was told they do not go by the times and make the pizzas as they are ordered.
