Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Georgia

I was totally dissatisfied with the service from this location. I ordered a Big Dimner Box for myself and 3 grandchildren. When the order arrived I realized my beverage was not with the order. Okay fine I chalked it up to the possibility that I could have not hit the drink selection as I thought. Fine. I asked the delivery driver, he just says, "this is all they gave me." So I made no fuss, I said thanks and took my order. Mind you I had an infant in my arms while answering the door. After placing the order on the counter, I opened up the box (I noticed that one of the seals was broken but the other two were in tact so, I let that go to) to see that I did not have the cheese breadsticks that I ordered. Instead it was the regular breadsticks. I called the store (#037800) to inquire how this could be settled. I even offered to come pick up the cheese sticks tomorrow if it was too much for the delivery driver to come back out. The person on the other end of the phone refused that suggestion and tried to insinuate that I was trying to start an argument. I was never loud, disrespectful or belligerent. I never said a cuss word either. I responded by saying to him that all I wanted was what I paid for and if it was him that I'm sure he would want the same thing. He finally offered to make the cheese sticks and have the same delivery driver brink them back out. I thanked him and hung up the phone. Well after about 20-30 I received a text saying the order was delivered. No one knocked or rung the door bell, after about 12-15 more minutes I opened the door to step outside to see if I could see someone coming down the street. I saw that there was a box sitting on the doorstep. Not sure how long it had been sitting there but obviously it was cold and I and so upset about this. I'm upset about the customer service and the lack of compassion for a paying customer. I work hard for my money like anyone else and I expect to get what I paid for. I expected better from such a well name-branded company. I know that one or two people don't act for the same company and I get that times are crazy but that doesn't mean customer service should not be respected....

I am done with this pizza hut. I ordered for pickup. 2 pizzas. Coupon for lg 3 top 10.99. Tried to do it online it kept saying try this site later. ??? Called on hold forever Sat. Night 530 pm. Finally someone answers and didn't speak well, I asked was this pizza hut ? Yes, she says. I proceeded to place my order and she couldn't find my address. Back fourth several minutes, I told her I'll pick up. Finished order said it would take a while it was coming from Toccoa, gA. Which is almost an hour away ! No wonder she couldn't find my address!! How did I get transfered to Toccoa ? Canceled that order.

It appears the store doesn't answer their phones i guess it rolls to someone at home to place the order online for you. Useless !@!

I finally get my hut , but again i was talking to a rep from home/ typing from home.. hwy 124 Hoschton, ga store. It was 6:10 pm. 40 min when I first started. Said be ready 630 pm. Great Husband got there only 1 was ready. They loss the other pizza. How do you lose it ? It can't walk !!!!!!!

At 725 pm my other pizza was ready. 1 hr 20 min for pickup and to place order. Got home wrong toppings. On both of them. I want a refund.

Needs new people including store manager and district manager. Read the reviews I am not the first to complain. Also if you only have 1 oven because the other one is broke. Get...

Would give 0 stars. The manager was so rude to me. When I asked her name, she said you’re not welcome here and hung up. Once I came in she called my mother a b*h. Then when I left she called the cops to have me banned. Which is ok with me. It’s sad that people are allowed to act this way, if people were willing to work she would be replaced In a heart beat, but because the economy is what it is, and no one wants to work she is allowed to run the show. She is litterally the rudest person I’ve ever met, and myself and 50 other people that I associate with will never buy Pizza Hut again. I would give her name, but she didn’t give it to me. She actually said I’m not welcome and hung up. People please don’t go here, if we team up and not shop there, Pizza Hut will finally fire this pathetic image of a human being.I know there is always two sides to a story, but I am being 100% transparent on this, and only hope that everyone will not shop here even though it’s more convenient then Going 25-30 minutes...
