Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Georgia

I arrived to the store I purchased two pizzas one with extra Italian sausage and bell peppers and the second was a pepperoni pizza well the manager on duty told me when I seen that my pizza was burnt that they couldn't remake it because it was going to come out looking the same way a handed me the box of pizza back as if I had no choice but to take this pizza I didn't ask for him to remake it because I've ordered pizzas from Pizza Hut several times before and I have never seen my pizza come out burnt took a capacity so the pizza was remade but after an hour of me waiting that is when I received my pizza I was told it would be 15 minutes I came back in 15 minutes later the manager told me that I left out too fast and he didn't have a chance to tell me that they didn't have original pan well I made an online order so they had my phone number in their system they could have called me and said we don't have that crust which one would you like then because his attitude was so s* and so bad he then told me even though I paid for Pan's house that I would have to pay an extra dollar if I wanted stuff crust because they did not have pants anymore at this point of time then I had to wait another 15-20 minutes for this pizza to come out once I just at this point no longer felt like arguing with the manager of this Pizza Hut because my children were home hungry and I needed to get the pizza back to home long story short I will not go to this Pizza Hut again I was not valued as a customer I was treated with disrespect the manager himself tried to handle me as if I was somebody that just has done something to him personally that he did not like and overall it just was a horrible experience and this is my neighborhood Pizza Hut so I guess my options are just Marco's Pizza or Papa John's...

My order has been incorrect multiple times. There is very little professionalism at that location. The staff does not communicate well with each other as well as the staff does not know how to count wing orders!!!!!!!! I was VERY VERY VERY disappointed with my visit. There needs to be a change in staff or better training!!!!!!

Update: 6-4-22 my family and I agreed that we would try this location one last time looking at how long it has been since the last time we ordered from them and they failed once more tremendously. I ordered from the deals/ special for 1 large, stuffed crust, pepperoni and an additional 1 large, stuffed crust with pepperoni, chicken, and bacon, along with a 12 PC wing. Well the wings were finally correct, and one of the pizzas was correct but the second with additional toppings was I correct. When I called to inform them about it , I was told to bring the pizza back for a refund and when I asked why do I have to bring it back, considering the fact that the order was made online and gas prices are at a new high today, the phone was hung up on me after a lengthy wait of being placed on hold .When I arrived at the location, the staff was very unprofessional plus the manager ignored me when I asked her the simple question that I was asking over the phone. Horrible customer service. Manager was very argumentative. They were out of boneless wings. The young lady at the cash register did inform me that they were out of boneless wings and they were going to give bone in wings instead and I said ok. When I received my order I checked it and noticed all of my wings were not there. So I asked the young lady to come back to the counter and then a manager came to the register and I explained to her what my concern was. My receipt said one thing however I was not given what I actually ordered on line and I showed the young my actual order that I placed online. I told the manager that I was not going to argue with and told her I would file a complaint with corporate and write a bad review and got my food and walked to my car.As I was walking back to my car and she came running behind me telling me I did not have to call corporate and I kept walking. The one thing about this situation the manager did is to run up behind someone. She could have been really hurt. I told her that what she did was not a good look. She put herself in harms way and she made pizza look bad. It makes you wonder what type of employees are they hiring.
