I ordered nachos and the special yesterday I got home you discover they didn't put cheese on both of my nachos. I called up there to speak with a manager I explained what had happened the manager then explained what now then likely had happened it made sense they didn't want the chips to get soft so that's how it was over looked understandable. The manager then offers to give me cheese over the side the next time ๐ฏ๐ค how does that help with now and that requires me spending even more money with them when my current order wasn't even correct makes no sense. So i called back again asking them to replace the order after some talking the manager decides to replace one order of nachos not acceptable you forgot cheese on both of them not one!! So I go up there after work the manager is gone the person I'm dealing with speaks little english no problem I give them my food from the day before so they can see I'm not trying to get over and when I'm given my replacement I notice I have one scoop of ground beef on what is supposed to be shredded chicken nachos only the other food I gave them was just reheated and sent back out to me they even kept some of the chips I'm totally disappointed. 1st I literally had to call their business phone to get anyone to come up front & take my order while an employee sat at a table on her phone
2nd. Placed my order while there were no other customers and it still took 30mins to get our food.
3rd. Once I received my food, I tried asking about purchasing a additional cheese sauce only for the employee to walk away from me because SHE couldn't understand a simple question which was "how long does it take to get a cheese sauce".... she kept insisting i pay for it which i explained i was prepared to do however I wanted to know how long it would take before paying since it had already waited 30 mins. I guess since I was unwilling to pay before getting a answer she threw her hands in the air and walked away
I completely understand that Mexican restaurants are usually family owned and operated however it's imperative to have English speaking family members working to assist...

The prices depicted on the menu were not accurate and we were charged a gratuity charge of over $15 for a family of 6, 4 of these being young children. The server, Devon, did not bring us silverware, napkins or straws until after our food was finally brought out and other servers brought us silverware and napkins after we asked. When we finally got our check, after other servers had brought us to-go boxes, we realized a huge discrepancy in price. When we asked about this, "Devon" informed us "it's Sunday so the prices are different." When we told him he could have informed us of that ahead of time, he just said "oh well. Sorry" When we questioned the gratuity, he said "because there was so many people."
