Noah (at the Lovejoy location) is extremely rude. We've had several encounters with him, all of which have been met with sarcastic comments, the burden of correcting the mistakes placed on us and a overall poor attitude. Our last visit on 9/18/19 was the worst encounter with him. Noah was assisting at the drive-thru window. Our entire order was full of mistakes. When my dad began to tell him that our order was wrong he told my dad that he needed to come inside with all of the food that he had just handed to us. My dad explained to him that It would be very difficult for him to come inside due to the fact that he wears oxygen and had just left radiation treatment for his cancer and was feeling weak. Noah seemed to not care about my dad's circumstances and again insisted that he would need to come inside. I interrupted their conversation and explained to Noah AGAIN that that my dad would not becoming inside. I asked to speak to a manager. Noah told me that he was the manager and to pull up and park in space number 1. We waited for 15 minutes, however, Noah never came out. I finally went inside and Noah with still assisting customers at the drive-through window And seemingly ignoring us. We are a family of 5 and spent $48.00 on food that day. I asked a very friendly cashier to speak to a manager but I was told that one was not available and I was given two cards for a free cookie. I have never received service like this from any Chick-fil- A. Chick-fil-A is known for outstanding service. Noah should watch his coworkers and try to pick up better customer skills or possibly take part in a mentoring program or additional training. The end result was me leaving with food missing from my order, wrong food items in my order and feeling extremely frustrated because there was never any attempt to correct my order. And to add insult...As Noah continued to help at the drive-thru he was looking over his shoulder observing my interaction with the cashier but never came over to correct our order or speak with me. Once I got home and started handing my family their food I realized that out of the five of us only ONE family member got his order correct...and that'd because he only ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich and large sweet tea. So...
Read moreFirst of all, I should mention that I have always, and I do mean always, had problems with this particular Chick-fil-A restaurant. Either items have been left off of my order, or never get what I ordered. And it’s not just me, my entire family has had similar unfavorable experiences and issues. I really don’t like writing negative reviews, but in this case, I have completely had it with these people. I ordered A spicy southwest salad on the app and indicated that I wanted chicken nuggets instead of spicy chicken. While I love the southwest salad, I don’t particularly care for the spicy chicken that comes with it. But, to no one’s surprise, I received a spicy southwest salad with spicy chicken. This is not the first time that that has happened, but this time I decided to return to the restaurant and get what I ordered. When I returned to the restaurant, I made sure that I was not accusatory or angry about them, yet again, getting my order wrong. The little boy that happened to be the drive-through cashier was very rude. He expressed to me that I ordered a spicy with emphasis on spicy southwest salad and they don’t usually substitute. Mind you they don’t have a southwest salad that does not come with spicy chicken. I offered to pay additional money to get what I ordered. He REALLY had a problem putting chicken nuggets on my salad. So he asked me to park in VIP so that he could correct my order, but when he returned, the salad had grilled chicken strips on it. I expressly emphasized to him That my order indicated that I wanted chicken nuggets on my salad, which is an option on the app. Again he emphasized that I ordered a spicy southwest salad and seemed to have a problem with me returning the salad again to get the one that I ordered. I sat in the VIP waiting area for a long time and thought about how this little boy behaved and decided that I no longer wanted the salad, so I left without it. I really did not care about losing that money. But believe me, when I say, I will, never, ever return to this restaurant. If I could give it less than one star, I...
Read moreI never thought I would be doing this about Chick-fil-A, but I have had very bad experiences with this location. As someone who is trying to live a healthier lifestyle I come here for the salads, fruit, yogurt, and the occasional sandwich, nuggets, or strips. My wife and kids eat it all.
Every time I come for my last 3-4 visits my salads are incomplete, warm, and/ I get parked and have to wait up to 30 minutes for my family and my food. I have tried to deal with this directly with the restaurant themselves and corporate through complaints on their website and app but the service issues continue.
This morning I have given this location it’s last chance and I was again parked for 15 minutes as employees continue to look at me from the drive through as they forgot they told my to park in the “vip”. I asked for a yogurt and was told they don’t have those in the morning would I take a fruit cup. I agreed and still waited 15 minutes. I don’t believe it’s takes 15-30 minutes to make fruit cups and salads properly. It makes me feel like anyone who is trying to be a little healthier is being inconvenienced to his degree. I can see a 5-7 minute wait because these items are not ordered as often as the common menu items but 15-30 minutes is unacceptable for this company who prides themselves on great service.
I have been to Chick-fil-A from Miami to Alpharetta and this is by far the worst and least accommodating location and although they are literally right around the corner from my home I will travel to McDonough or Fayetteville for my Chick-fil-A needs until I see better reviews of...
