Subway — Restaurant in Georgia

My husband and I visited this restaurant on 3/19/21 to purchase 5 sandwiches, immediately we were a little put off by the associate as she seemed to be in a hurry. As we were browsing the menu, she asked us several times what we'd like to order and each time I told her give us a minute, we're looking at the menu. There was no one else in the store at the time besides the 3 of us, no other customers or staff. We finally gave our order, she seemed in a hurry, rushing to prepare the sandwiches, ingredients falling off the sandwich, etc. I then said, why do you seem like you're in a rush, there's no one else here. She told me she's working alone and she has other things to do in the back. I then said, well I'm the customer and what you have to do in the back doesn't have anything to do with me.

She still continued to hurry, in preparing my sandwich, the cheese literally tore because of how rough she was handling the sandwich. On 2 of the sandwiches, she didn't toast them and proceeded to tell me I didn't ask for them to be toasted.. I did.. I also said, if you would just slow down and listen, you would have heard me.. She hurriedly "tossed" the sandwiches in the oven. My sandwich was the last of 5 to be made.. In speaking to my husband, I was voicing my frustration and said what the hell!

The employee then said, I'm not serving you, please leave and THREW AWAY ALL FIVE sandwiches that were already prepared. She said I cursed at her (I didn't) and she's not serving me. I said, are you the owner, who gave you the right to toss those sandwiches.. I don't particularly recall her response. I asked for her name, she didn't give it. I said fine, I'll just take a picture from the stuff on the walls. As I'm doing that, she calls the cops... The COPS! And told them she had customers that wouldn't leave and she needs help. I said... WOW.. call the cops on 2 upstanding citizens just trying to order sandwiches. We were never rude, loud or belligerent. When she said she's calling the cops I did argue back and forth with her. We took the photo of the business information and left before the cops arrived.

Against my better judgment, I was hungry today (3/26/21) and ordered Subway from Door Dash. It was my hope it wouldn't be the same person working today. Immediately as I opened the sandwich I knew it had to be her. The sandwich was tossed around in the wrapper, not properly secure, a TON of mayo and here's the best part, no MEAT (I ordered a Breakfast BMT toasted). It went directly in the trash.

I really hope the owner of this establishment gets to see this and how his Subway is being ran. I would NEVER patronize that location again. Why should I? There's one right next door in the Walmart plaza that I drove to after the fiasco and had the most...

Customer service is awful, the owner is rude. The 1st thing the owner says is welcome to Subway and we Dont accept coupons here, I didnt have a coupon but that statement would have made more sense if I had a coupon and mentioned it to him. The sandwiches has a small amount of meat, the meat is sliced really thin and piled high with lettuce, I questioned the owner about the lack of meat and he stated it would be a 3.50 up charge for 3 extra slices of meat. While standing there another customer complained to the gentleman fixing the sandwiches about the lack of meat on his sandwich as well, the owner stated you dont have to buy it but thats the right amount of meat. Wish I could give 0 stars, you never know when they are going to be open or closed, they’re so inconsistent it’s annoying, rather stay open or just close down. Tried to get lunch during the week and the sign on the door says adjusted hours “11am to 7pm” well it was 12:15pm and building was empty, very disappointed. Today I just drove by saw lights on and people inside, sign again says “11am-7pm” and it was 11:40am so I walked up to the door and it was locked, the employees were just on their phones not doing anything, so when I knocked, he just made an X with his arms.
