I use to eat here all of the time when they first opened years back. I hadn't eaten there in years so I decided to stop by today, but after the TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! Customer service I received today I will never eat there again. I walked in and I was not greeted. The young lady with the long hair weave had a frown on her face and waited on me to order my food without even greeting me. When she took my debit card she gave me a receipt and told me to "sign it" with an aggressive nasty attitude. Then she proceeded to put my cup for my soda on the counter without even telling me that was my cup. At this point I'm upset because I felt disrespected. I asked the young lady who was her manager and she pointed at this short Asian looking woman. I begin explaining to her what happened and I told her I wanted a refund because I was disgusted with the service. As I was talking to the manager, the young lady started mouthing off saying "if you didn't understand the menu then that's your fault", "this isn't my only job so I don't care", "I don't have an attitude", and she was cursing. The manger kept telling her to be quiet but she kept going like she was ready to fight because I was complaining about her attitude. I will never ever eat at a place that allow their employees to curse and disrespect customers. I WILL NEVER EAT OR SPEND MY MONEY...

I ordered a cheese steak and also a 10 piece wing I get home to find that I have someone else's order, so being that a live far away I wasn't going go back the same night, however, I did call back to inform them of the concern and the mix up and I would be back the next day to get my correct order, the little girl who works the desk, I'm thinking it's the owners bilingual daughter.... She said I could come back and get my order, but she also wanted me to bring the order that I received, the next day to retrieve my correct order. I spoke with another assoc who could speak better because they advised me that they do not have managers, smh. I asked what would be the point in bringing old food back to their establishment, she said she didn't know, but if I do t have the food in the following day, then don't bother coming .... Never again will I support this horribly...
Read moreI ordered 142 dollars worth of wings thru Uber Eats from this place on Dec 1st. I tried to order 160 wings on the app and thought I ordered correctly. I called to double check and found out the order was incorrect. No biggie, I thought, they can simply modify the order right? WRONG!!! They said the would have to cxl the order and I would get a uber eats refund in 3 to 7 biz days. No problem I thought. So I went directly to the store and re bought the correct order, which was cheaper, 116 usd to be exact. A week later I contact Uber cause I haven't received my refund. Uber says the merchant refuses to give me a refund because I cxled the order. Which is bs, I called to modify the order not cxl. Long story short I'm out my 142. These crooks stole my monies. Those wings were for my co workers and I at a building right around the corner. I will inform all of them not to do business with this...
