I would give it a 0! I went here with my cousin who came to visit. We ordered to go and when when we got home and opened the food, in her plate alone we found hair and... You would never believe... A fingernail! A thumb nail to be exact! It had been bitten off and I'm assuming fell (I hope not spit) right into her fried rice. Ohh, I forgot to mention she pulled it out of her mouth! We immediately went back for a refund. Not one to make a scene, I quietly asked for our money back. We were told we would be refunded for her food and not mine. I asked, "are you serious? Do you think I wAnt to eat after witnessing her eat a thumbnail?" I warned, "I have no plans today, I will call the news and we can have an entire show here today!" As I googled the phone number of the local news stations, he quickly gave me my money back. I warned the other customers of our ordeal. Surprisingly, only 1 of about 8 people left. They may not care, but I sure do! I will never eat there...

We ordered as usual, been regular faithful customers for ndny years Tonight we ordered, mother inlaw orders Chicken Subgum Chowmain, and I ordered both Chicken Chowmain and Chicken Subgum Chowmain. My mother inlaw ordered without noodles and I ordered with noodles. The cook reversed or orders, my mother inlaw gets noodles and she picks out the noodles yo throw away. I told the server I didn't get noodles that I ordered, so she decides to keep telling me "Sorry" but doesn't want to fix it. And they cut my order of the chicken subgum and chicken Chowmain in half orders, because my two dishes equaled my mother in-laws on dish of her Chicken Subgum. The restaurant did not want to fix the problem . I will never, NEVER go to this restaurant again. I usually bring 4 people each time and they didn't care to fix the problem. I should have posted this when it happened. But a few years back, I made the mistake of leaving my wallet on the table. I called them to verify if it was there before They closed and of course, they refused to answer and when I finally got there, they were closed, 20 mins early.

So I called the next morning. It was there, but guess what wasn’t. My money. Sooo, not only did I spend money and have BEEN spending money, they stole from me and from the situation, knew I was going to be coming back. Why close early? Then go through the wallet like it’s their ID in there?!
