My son paid for the food but if my money was going toward it, I would've asked for a full refund because of all the issues.
1st of all, every staff member should wear a name tag. Why? The tag shows accountability. Unless you own the company, you need a name tag on.
2nd, You have nobody in the restaurant, but us and 1 more person. You have time to prepare the food properly. Even Chef Ramsey will get on chefs about presentations. Our food should have been wrapped neatly. It was falling out of the wrapper. It was like it was just thrown into the bag.
3rd, if we typed the order on the screen, why did you give us your choice instead of ours?
4th, Where's the cashier? Y'all got the assistant general manager taking orders, two fixing the food and she's pulled back there with the two fixing food. You're an assistant general manager. My son stood up at the counter for at least 10 minutes, while you looked at him but turned away to handle the drive-thru. Then when you finally decided to talk to him, I was really irritated. Always acknowledge your customers at the counter, especially, if you screwed up their order.
5th, Y'all have a huge hiring sign out front. Is it at Goodwill job sites, on Indeed, Zip Recruiter or in the AJC? Y'all need help desperately! Retrain people if you need to, in order to get quality workers.
6th, One customer ordered through the drive-thru and had to come in? Some of his order was missing. He was on lunch break at his job. It's a shame when you need to check your food at the window. When it's wrong or things are missing, apologize & offer folks something free for being inconvenienced. Stop being stingy like it's your money at home. It's about good customer service and the customers returning.
7th, The restaurant is kinda hidden. Get a sign near Fulton Industrial to let folks know y'all are up there.
8th, To carry the title of Assistant General Manager, please present yourself with a personality that is approachable, warming and friendly. Whatever you are dealing with at home, leave it at the door. If you get on your employees, do it in a professional way and not loud so customers hear you. It's all about presentation, good customer service and professionalism.
9th, Employees should be trained to care about how they prepare & present food to you. Put yourself in that customer's shoes. Treat people like you want to be treated.
10th, If no one is in your restaurant, don't get so comfortable to the point where you get relaxed. You never know who may write a long review like this one.
The pictures attached, shows what my son ordered on the right and what he got on the left. The pictures look...
Read moreBeen here probably 20 times in the last couple of years. The customer service is horrible, the staff act like you should be thankful they even showed up. The only positive thing I have to say is that the food is usually as advertised, I guess that's too hard to screw up. I'd say 50% of the time our order is wrong but half of that time it works in our favor as we get extra things we didn't order. We also sometimes are missing multiple items.
I had an experience today that really sums it all up:
Store opens at 9am. I rolled up at 9:02 and the lady running the drive-thru tells me they aren't open for another 15 minutes. She wasn't polite about it. She also said they didn't have any food. I asked what they did have and she clarified they had everything except breakfast food.
I came back after running some errands nearby and the same lady tried again to tell me they didn't have any food. Then as she was taking my order I think she spilled something or stubbed her toe because she yelled and dropped the F word. I don't care personally but if a family with a car full of kids was there they might have.
I get told to pull around, and at the window it's the usual. No hello, no please and thank you, no sorry for the wait etc. She had me pay and then asked me for some reason to back my car up and told me to stop a few feet back completely behind the window. Your guess is as good as mine honestly on that one.
After a few minutes a different guy handed me my food and told me to have a nice day. The first time in a while anyone at this location had been courteous to me. I should note also that I have never been anything except patient, polite and kind to the employees here. Mostly because it's the right thing to do, but also I don't want them spitting in my crunchwrap.
If I were the manager here I would be quite upset at how things are run, but chances are they don't care much either judging by how the front line employees act like they're God's gift to the world and you should kiss the ground they walk on after they give you...
Read moreI had the MOST horrible experience at this location last night. I placed a mobile order through the app, picked it up in the drive thru. I placed this order at 10:13pm November 14th. So I get to the window waiting on my order, the young man in drive thru asked if I could pull around to the front of the store and he’ll bring my food out. About 2 minutes after parking in front of the store he brought me my order so I checked my order like I always do to make sure it’s exactly how I ordered it. One of my tacos were missing meat, so I walk inside the lobby to get a remake. I stood up there for 10 minutes, nobody acknowledged me. At this point I’m frustrated because that’s just extremely unprofessional. After I asked the young man in drive thru if he could have a manager come and assist me especially after standing there for 10 minutes. An older black guy comes and ask “what do you need” not how are you doing maam I’m the manager and i apologize for the mistake, instead, he was dismissive and extremely rude. When he asked the guy to fix my food, he caught an attitude as well. At this point I’m irritated because everyone is extremely unprofessional so I asked for a refund. The manager(old black guy with missing teeth) Refused to give me a refund, refused to remake my food AND called the police on me. So before I left the store I asked for the corporate number and his name and he refused to give either one to me. Told me, he doesn’t have to give me any information. I also have a voice recording of another manager( short husky white women) refusing to give the corporate number as well. I was forced to keep food I didn’t want, i was talked to disrespectfully by a man old enough to be my grandfather, and the food was horrible, never again will I ever spend money with this...
