Waffle House — Restaurant in Mableton

Best service in area. That says alot with numerous other fast food establishments claiming to service overnight industry workers. All the larger supported chains such as Zaxbys, McDonald's, Wendy's, etc give the worse customer service in the Fulton Industrial area and have lack of supplies when it comes to late night dining. I truly begrudgingly go patronize any of these other establishments thinking that they will get things out timily but do not or forget/mess up your order. It's been multiple occasions there have only been a few number of cars in say McDonald's or Wendy's and I still end up going to Waffle house. Between the lack of respect and the time waiting you would think they are sit down restaurants. No matter the staff or number of patrons, this Waffle House pumps out consistent good/hot food and still value you as a customer. I really appreciate them not holding you up on making food because they don't want to work, instead they handle business and get you out.. it's ashame but I'm grateful Waffle house is a standard of taking care of essential...

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I had the worst experience and the worst customer service you can imagine. I placed and online order because the young lady working the counter rudely said “online orders only” and closed the window. Food took a long time to be ready because they were laughing and playing the entire time. When i finally got my order I checked it and both my sandwiches had onions and one was supposed to have bacon. There was also no cheese in my grits and and no cheese in my eggs. I brought all of these things up to the young lady working the window and she basically said oh well and handed me two cold pieces of bacon and shut the window. i stood right there until she can back and i asked to speak to a manager when another young lady walked to the window and reinterred what the first young lady said and refused to fix my order that i spent my hard earned money on. On Aug 18 2024 at approximately 11:30am my wife and I visited this location. The afternoon manager was the worst. Her name tag said Shannon. After waiting for 40 minutes for my food, which wasn't a problem because they informed us that they were busy, my food came out wrong. My hash browns were over cooked and my bacon was under cooked (white). When I informed them that I didn't want any that food the manager got real rude, telling me that she wasn't going to comp my meal. Not only was she loud and disrespectful but was also trying to talk down to me as if I was one of her employees.
