Sips of Tea

Let me apologize before hand to anyone who enjoys this tea shop. This is not an attack it’s just my general opinion. Now I give this place a hard pass and a straight NO! When I entered the establishment the first thing that was just not right was the music. It was entirely too loud! While I was trying to place my order I could not hear myself think or hear to cashier. Second while I was trying to make place my order the young lady behind the counter began using a blender making it almost impossible to order. She would start when I talk and it seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. To wrap this up they don’t pay attention when you say you don’t want something and they have no recommendations for anyone new. And over all the two drinks I purchased (a milk tea and a fruit tea) were very watery, the milk tea tasted like straight milky water and not a hint black tea as stated on the menu, and I know they use kool aid for the fruit teas because that what I got, and that’s what it tasted exactly like! I give them 1 star for cleanliness. And to end this they had NO TAPIOCA! The whole point of a boba tea shop is to have an overwhelming amount of tapioca! If you want great boba tea I highly recommend the bubble hut in Douglasville! Do your taste buds a favor. This place needs some improvement!
